Review 1：The room was stuffy and when we opened the window, it's very noisy as our room was facing the train tracks! The bathroom is so small! The breakfast was not good for the costs charged.

Review 2：It's an OK hotel if all you want to do is crash, but it's an old, tired property in a dodgy area. The room was a bit warm and I never did find the thermostat.

Review 3：1. Sound proofing in the room could be better. 2. The Booking.com map was not helpful at all. References to points on a map should be identifiable points and not some abstract grid point. For example there are two stations at Toyama, a JR station and a local railway station. This information was not stated on your map.
