Review 1：Tried to phone ahead to inform them of our late arrival and kept getting voice mail messages. Reception closed quite early and didn't open until after our 8:00 am departure.
Review 2：The location was close to the centre of town, the bay and many options for eating out. The room was very comfortable and clean.
Review 3：Didn't like overlooking the car park which meant that the rubbish truck came at 0530 in the morning with red lights flashing and extremely noisy. My husband and I were woken up and unable to get back to sleep. Also, there was a large gap between the window sides and the blinds which meant early morning sun was streaming through right onto our faces in bed-also keeping us awake. We fixed that the following night by pushing a chair up against the blind and the window thereby decreasing the gap.
Review 4：Location was great- close to the waterfront, Eastern Beach and the large shopping centre. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Easy to enter the building after hours with a pass card.
Review 5：Bathroom smells of mould. Room not serviced which would be fine if room was cheap but it's not. Bring own toiletries as not nice. No aircon in room only lounge

Review 13：We had booked our appartment for 5 nights but they were not cleaned during our stay. Also the bedrooms were very warm if you did not leave the doors open and let the air conditioning from the lounge flow through. I think the bedrooms should have fans.

He did not apologize and did not understand customer feelings. He did not provide any discount or other solution, and he just had the attitude of "the room has been there like that for 3 years, it's your choice to not sleep in it, we have no responsibility"

Review 19：Water pressure in the shower. Water pressure was fine everywhere else, but the shower had hardly any water coming out.

Review 21：About 200 meters from the beach, with a great view of the water. Centrally located in Geelong, close to restaurants near the beach and pier, close to shopping, and only a 20 min drive to Torquay for surfing. Room was spacious and clean.
Review 22：I chose your venue because of location. I also liked the idea of a view, because I had booked very much in advance I didnt feel that this should have been necessary to special request, unfortunately all our view was was of the back of westfield and the carpark. A bit dissapointed.

Review 24：No aircon in the bedrooms! Had to leave the window open, and the noise from the neighbours were terrible. We had a party crowd that didn't stop drinking till 5am in the morning and made heck of a noise. This made it difficult to sleep. We had not 1 room, but 2 rooms, and both had noise from the neighbours....

Review 26：Getting from one floor to another for frequent visits was not an issue - but not having doorbells was. One of 2-bedroom apartments has a very long foyer; and my 1-bedroom apartment has an extra common door shared with another apartment. Knocking can hardly be heard.
Review 27：We liked the clean modern feel of the apartments. They were bright and comfortable. We appreciate the free parking in one of the hotel's open lots for our 2.5m high family van.
Review 28：The microwave. I'm the average height for a woman. Every time I tried to shut it, it moved backwards. Also numbers (lit up) couldn't read unless on tippy toes - it was sunny. And that's just being very picky. Also, I like some spray n' wipe - to clean benches. Like I said being very picky.

Review 30：Beautiful apartment which was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed...toiletries, cutlery, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher etc. It really was a wonderful place to stay.
Review 31：Extremely noisy, too close to street. Could not get any sleep after 6am, could hear all passing traffic. Poor quality blinds meant that sunlight drifted into the room from 5:30am. Overpriced room for poor quality fittings.

Review 45：Coffee machine. Provide 4 capsules - could not find in Coles or Safeway/Woolworths. I drink coffee as does my son. Machine is a DeLongia (spelling). Provide extra coffee at desk. Son killed a white tail spider and spotted a small palmetto bug. Told housekeeping about the spider. Did not get chance to have a spa session. Couch - comfy but very low and difficult for those with mobility issues to get up from. Recommend a safety handrail in bathroom shower.

Review 50：The main bedroom needed block-out blinds. We stayed on the grand final weekend and the road was very noisy.

Review 57：Having booked a 6 night stay at reasonable rates, the request to stay an extra night was at top odds.Because the venue was so good we were happy to pay.but after a 6 night stay the extra could have been at a similar rate as the first 6 nghts.

Review 59：The apartment has excellent facilities. We appreciated the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Great use of space. Bunk beds were extremely comfortable and the sliding partition between the bunk room and lounge room was useful.
Review 60：The tiled floors were all very wet when we checked in. The traffic noise through the night and early morning was quite loud because of all the glass windows and hearing other guest in their rooms as well

Review 72：Location, view, comfort & size of 2 brm apartment with balcony was awesome. The bed in the main bedroom was super large and comfortable. Another bathroom or powder room/separate toilet would have been good, as we had 4 guests staying. But overall I didn't want to leave. It was a great home away from home. I would definitely stay again and have already have spoken highly of the property to friends and relatives in Geelong, and back home on the Gold Coast. Review 73：Dishwasher had old soap still in Washing machine had old soap still in Hot plates on bench top needed a wash and the frying pan was dirty had to wash before using. The King could be able to make into 2 beds!!

Review 81：We were arriving late (9pm) and only received a text late that day advising reception would be closed by the time we arrived. It took a long time to get to speak to someone about what we could do on arrival to get in.

Review 83：As the apartments are cleaned only once a week, they should be spotless when you arrive. There was a large area of cracker crumbs and feathers (!) in the corner of the lounge when I arrived - it looked as if someone had just had a very untidy snack there. Normally I wouldn't even mention this, but as it costs $40 for a "general tidy" or $65 for a "full clean" on top of the accommodation costs if you opt for a service, housekeeping needs to ensure the apartments are pristine when guests arrive. Its also worth telling guests that there is a hand-held small vacuum cleaner in the cupboard so they can clean up any spills - I didn't discover its existence until after I had picked up all the crumbs and feathers by hand.
Review 84：Great location, helpful reception staff, wonderful coffee machine (I liked it so much I bought one for myself after returning home!), good kitchen facilities. There are shopping malls very close by so its easy to pick up anything you need (for instance, Coles, Big W, Target and Priceline are in the malls). I'd be happy to stay here again but would report any cleaning issues immediately upon arrival (see my comments about what I didn't like) instead of dealing with them myself.
Review 85：The car park we had was ridiculously narrow we damaged our car on a concrete pole trying to get enough room to get into the park, no manouvering room.

There was no greeting or acknowledgement for most of our two night stay. My mother and I felt we were intruding on their more 'important' work. I'm sure the low reception desk and high screen monitors don't help with this 'defensive' manner

We checked out a day earlier than paid for and were not asked why - just took keys and remote. F.O. staff need to be trained in customer service.
Review 126：The Vue apartment had a good outlook over the bay and park. Cooking facilities and close to shops, beach and restaurants.
Review 127：Parking of my car was difficult. My parking space was located next to a concrete pillar. Making a right hand turn into the space without hitting the wall or pillar was very difficult, meaning I had to go backwards and forwards before the car was suitably parked.

Review 129：There is only one mirror in the apartment, located above the bathroom vanity. A full length mirror would be an excellent addition. We had a 2 bed apartment on the first floor with excellent views but it was extremely noisy. Pillows were very uncomfortable and I slept on my airline travel pillow.

Review 132：The one bed apartment, was stylish, very comfortable and well appointed. Fantastic position a few steps away from the very impressive waterfront of Geelong. Good restaurants, beach walks, swimming areas and the botanical gardens. The staff were wonderful.
