Review 1：This hotel is not at the level of 5 stars in general because: quality of the food, especially for breakfast, was low all time, (ham quality was at the lowest level we never see..). Breakfast choice is poor:any fresh cheese, any fresh jus / fried aggs etc.. Waiting time to get your cafe is very long...You should pay WIFI! .. in 5 stars hotel! the same for the hotel shuttle bus. Equipment in the feetness room is old and some of them are broken! Service level is low in general. We were very disappointed by our week spent and will not return to this hotel ( but will be back to Sardenia= very nice place)

Review 4：On the beach, next to the sea, the front rows are reserved for "friends" since 7.30 in the morning, which is not fair. We saw some people gratifiyng the employees so as to ensure a good seat. It's hard to sleep in the morning because the windows do not have protection against the sun.

Review 5：The hotel has a great location, right by the beach. The rooms are large and modern. The breakfast is okay, but no luxuries. It is convenient to have a car if you want to have dinner in other places or do some shopping.

Review 15：The beach en beachfacilities are excellent. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The hotel as such is good; 4/5 stars is the best estimate. Breakfast and diner are extended; the meat was very good. We have had a nice room with two bathrooms(ch 207); a superior room with seaview. A little dark, but the shadow offers us a coolroom inside. We noticed a remark of one of the booking.com members to recalculate our bill of the lunchbuffet at the beach and it was useful. A la carte diners are rather) expensive(Euro 50 p.p.), so it's better to book halfboard(Euro 25,- p.p.), especially if you realize that the hotel is located in an area without other restaurants etc Going to Porto Rotondo is an alternative but it takes 15 minutes at least and the latest pick up service of the hotel ends at 19.40 h.

Review 16：Poolside 'food service' was v poor (only one barman/sandwich provider available) with a snack menu which is largely of a 'junk food' type and that forces most to the Beach restaurant for lunch (the hotel restaurants are shut) which is not big enough to cope with all guests at lunch time ...we (2) had to stand (no seating provided) and wait 15 mins several times. the poolside 'barman' (again helpful and good but with no back up) has to order the food from beach side restaurant and then walk to collect and deliver , meaning no drink service while he is away .Not acceptable for a hotel in this price range and is stupid/bad management , given how nice the pool is !! no irons or ironing boards in rooms !!

Review 17：Great staff, always freindly polite ...with a smile. An interesting building lay out makes for some walking to and fro but gives many good rooms with balconies or garden patios (ground floor) with 'good' privacy Location is also private with little or no road noise or other disturbance A somewhat 'dated' hotel however the simple rooms are nice enough , clean , simple mediterrenean style and most have good sea/pool views. A/c is also showing its age, lacking controls that work consistently with accuracy. Expansive gardens with direct access to Beach . Good food in two different restaurants . . The mountain view rooms are just that...staright into the mountain directly behind . Good big and clean pool , helpful lifeguard/pool attendent . . good clean private beach area .

Review 18：We have not been given the room we initially booked, however we havefoujnd a solution taht satisfied us. The rpice of the hotel is too highfor the structure and the services that have been offered. We could nothave access to any room servise. The telefone in our rooms were notworking for 4 days. The food was of a medium quality and the service inthe restaurant quiet slow.

Review 20：Very low quality-price ratio. Heavily massified place. Terrible breakfast. Formally ok, but impersonal service. We had stayed in Villa Las Tronas in Alghero (a real five star treatment)... what a difference! And it was cheaper.

Review 21：I read many reviews before choosing a hotel in Sardegna. This hotelshould come with a warning label! Lots of families with small cryingmisbehaved children. If you can stand the children crying and runningaround the restaurant then you will love this place. Also, there was nobar service at the beach which was a disappointment. They said they werebuilding one soon.

Review 23：Poor amenities,the hotel is obsolete,it would need to be fitted up,noiron board and iron machine in a 5 stars hotel,no adds about the area'soffers and activities,bad internet connection,But the most annoyingthing is the commotion.It is impossible to have a nap from 7am to11pm.All over the day you can hear the house kipper's caroussels andthis women are very noisy,they really don't care about the tourist'srest and comfort.The hotel doesn't have in rooms or corridors carpet andthis thing is very bad.
