Review 1：although nice in first impression the hotel appeares just pretty run doen: dirty carpet, dirty furniture in lobby, missing maintenance in spa area. some parts of the walls even show the steel as the concrete falls off.

Review 3：The rooms and floors were shabby and dated. Our room had been sprayed with a terrible "freshener" that obviously tried to hide an even worse smell. Far from the city centre, not many restaurants nearby.
Review 4：We could park our car for free just behind the hotel even if it was advertised that they can't offer parking. I suggest to change that information.
