Review 1：The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant. Good shuttle service to/from airport at 2.5 Euro per person. We discovered an ice rink and a large indoor play area for kids up to 12, called Looney's, close by.

Review 2：Very convenient location, near the airport. We enjoyed the restaurant inside the hotel, as we had a very nice dinner without having to travel more. Extremely useful when you travel with children. Excellent value of travel cost to the airport (2,5 euro).

Review 3：Very dirty in halls and corridors, especially floor. Staff couldn't normally explain how to get to train station - we used GoogleMaps and one local (who knew only Italian and German) explained and helped us.

Review 13：A greater attention to detail on the cleaning front, in the room....spotted a few cobwebs on the high ceiling, as we lay on the bed, felt bathroom shower and lower ledge outside the shower would benefit from a burst of bleach, with a scrub and tiled room floor, a bit of an extra hoover.

Review 14：Location is perfect, together with the hotel's transfer bus service, at an affordable rate of 2.50 euro, per person. (ask how long it will be). Helpful, understanding staff! Slight misunderstanding about pick up point for transfer bus, but resolved on second phone call. Breakfast was good (included in room rate). Price for our room + taxes was representative of value for money.

Review 23：Directions for finding pick up shuttle at airport. It would be better to have a sign at the airport or a better landmark. "At car park 3" is not easy if you don't know where car park 3 is.

Review 25：It advertises free WiFi, there is wifi but not in the bedrooms, just in the lobby. The toilet wasn't stable, the bedroom door didn't close properly (we were moved straight away) the food on the last night was awful! we all had pasta. No one ate it, it was covered in oil (a discount was given) but we were hungry so perhaps they should have cooked us something else. The breakfast was minimal, there wasn't much to choose from a bit disappointing.

Review 27：I have been staying here regularly for 13 years. In all that time not much has changed. Bosses now are obsessed with money and not refurbishing this lovely place. The fantastic staff have carried this place for years. Yesterday was my last ever stay here. The owners' reluctance to have functioning air conditioning, hot breakfasts and secure fittings have seen me move elsewhere (though I'll go back to eat the excellent food)

Review 39：We came for the concert of Robbie Williams, the 7th of July. The hotel was very close to the Ippodromo where the concert took place. We were very lucky as there was a mini bus that Brought us directly to the concert and that pick us at the end of it. The next morning the Same mini bus brought us the the Ciampino airport. That was very helpful for us and the driver was so kind. I should say that all the staff was very friendly!!!

Review 42：The rooms are in one long line; i was put right at the end, despite arriving with many suitcases and with a Young child. No help with the cases and i had to walk for 1km to the room, yes, the coridor goes on that long and it is up and down stairs too; not just one long straight. I had to wait half an hour to check in too. No wifi at all in room and the tv remote had been stolen too.

Review 48：Transportation options from the hotel to Rome city were all overpriced so it was not convenient in that way. We were told that there was public transport from the hotel to either the train station or the airport which is where you were obliged to go to reach Rome city, public transport was very unreliable (bus never came-waited for couple of hours) so had to choose private options (shuttle from hotel to train/airport 2.50, train or bus between 1.50-4 euros)

We was leaving around 5 in the morning and the hotel shuttle bus should be ready for 5 - 10 minutes, but we was waiting for at least 30 minutes, get us very short time for check in at airport.

Review 98：My room was noisy, there were people laughing and screaming in the corridor and in the parking place outside till 3 o’clock in the morning. My room was smelly and looked like a dorm, rather than a single room. Walls were full of stains and, on one of them, there was something looking like blood. I was really disgusted. I contacted in advance the hotel for the shuttle and they did not answer me on time. Therefore, I had to take a taxi at midnight that asked me 25 Euros!

Review 105：The location of this hotel is excellent if you need a stopover at Rome Ciampino airport. They provide a shuttle service on demand, which is great. The staff are generally very helpful, and everything more or less works.

When we arrived the exterior looked a little motel like and I wondered what to expect but once inside the rooms were fabulous, clean, spacious, and beautifully presented. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant lovely. We had a fabulous meal. Everywhere was very comfortable and beautifully furnished in a lovely understated classy way. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport for 2.50 Euros per person which was great! The airport was a stones throw away but you could not hear the planes at all from our room which also had a lovely outside balcony.

Review 109：We were very pleased with our hotel room. We just needed to stay one night as close to the airport as possible. Which it was and the shuttle service provided by the hotel was great. It took us to the Ciampino train station and back and to the hotel early in the morning. The staff was more than helpful and spoke great English. The room was large and clean especially for how inexpensive it was. Plus, it was connected to a restaurant which was perfect after a long day in Rome.

Review 116：I love the staff, Vito, Silvio, Ivan and a host of other great staff whose names escape me. I love the proximity to airport, station and Ciampino. I love the fact they have the best pizza chef and kitchen chefs in Italy.

Review 117：It far from center of Rome you should go to local train station and go to Termeni if you like go to visit monument and museum and so it take your time maybe. There are a bar near of hotel and if you sensitive about noises you should ask from reception to give you a room, in first or second hall. specially in Saturday.
