Review 1：Room and facilities are a bit dated

Review 2：Reasonable price and excellent location. It's just right across the JR station where there're plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Review 4：I have been upgraded so it is excellent to get a bigger room on the corner of the building. The room view towards Japan Alps was stunning!

Review 7：The bathroom faucet leaked around the edges when the faucet was turned on. There were a few hairs in the bathroom and a few marks on the duvet cover, but otherwise, the room was clean. You could not open the window. The thermostat seemed to be set to a warm temperature, and we could not run the air without getting hot air.

Review 8：It's practically across the street from Toyama Station but far enough away. There are restaurants both at the station and on the streets behind the hotel, as well as convenience stores nearby. It's a quiet, functional hotel that worked well for use as a base.

Review 9：A usual business hotel. Very conveniently located in front of JR station within walkable distance. There is a small shopping center adjacent to the station, but some shops close early. This hotel is prefect for those who will visit some other places early, such as Tateyama. The lobby is spacious. Front desk staffs speak good English. Sometimes there are some local specialities for sales in the lobby. The room is clean, and has adequate space to place the lugguages and other stuff. Has mini fridge and water boiler so you could have some quick food in the room.

Review 10：Since it is autumn I found out that the Aircon units are not turn on. However we were not told and only after informing the staff then they came to,open the windows. However the room faces a railway station n hence very noisy.

Review 12：1 minute walk to Toyama train and bus station. Good food within walking distance to hotel. There is a three seater sofa in the room.

Review 13：Room is fairly spacious. We were too early for check-in so we deposited our luggage at the hotel and went out. Hotel staff informed us they would place our luggage in our room when it becomes available and they did that which I consider extra good service.

Review 21：Buffet breakfast with combination of continental and Japanese. Warm toilet seat. Pleasant toiletries / soap of Kao brand 5 minutes walking to Toyama station. You can also take the loop tram to go sightseeing Toyama town. To go to Tateyama Kurobe Alopen Route: 1) just take local train at Detsutoyama station 2) ride funicular train to Bijoidara 3) then take a bus to the snowy route of Tateyama. Very convenience.

Review 24：Staff didn't know English well but they tried their best. One staff communicated enough with us in half English and half Japanese for us to realise that our two-hour trip was actually going to take a lot longer. We ended up making alternative arrangements, thanks to that staff.
