Review 1：The pillows were not the greatest. We requested at reception new ones and we got them within 30 mins.

Review 2：This was the third time with my family in this hotel. As usual we had a great time. The organised trips in the mornings are great for the family. Having the baby club in the afternoon allows the parents to enjoy the sauna. The water of the swimming pool is warm. We got the Trentino card for free which allowed us to take the skylift for free

Review 8：I have stayed at the Villaggio Nevada twice recently and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely and the location is perfect for skiers with or without a car as it is only 5 minutes walk down to the Costa ski lift. I'll be coming back soon!

Review 9：Bed was terrbly hard and quite uncomfortable. We paid for a superior quad but was provided a regular quad. Could not change the language on any of the TV channels.

Review 13：It is advertised as ski to door, but there are some 500 meters walk to the nearest slope. Rooms are small and all rooms in the hotel can be opened by the same key. It's not even a real door lock.

Review 14：The fact they allowed us to cancel the room as it was advertised as ski-to-door and it's not. However, not willingly, but after we said we'll fight for our consumer rights.

Review 15：This is a family friendly hotel situated at Costa,10mns walk from the Ski and sledge area. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.The hotel is ideal for those having children,because at the hotel they have a play room,heated pool,baby sitting service,free strollers and a lot more!!! They made us free hot milk for our kids every time we asked for even at night.Very clean rooms.Regarding meals we ate only once at the hotel because they have three course dinners and we aren't a family who eat so much. Quality of food at the hotel was great,however if you like to you can eat even at a pizzeria near the same hotel for a reasonable price and the food is also very good. They serve pizza, pasta etc.. We found it difficult to find burgers or chicken nuggets in folgaria.

Review 16：Only one issue: The coffee machine for breakfast worked in a very wired way, and absolutely cannot make even OK enough coffee, so everyday I just get hot water from it to make a nice cup of tea. Maybe it's time to renew an updated real Italian coffee machine.

Review 17：All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. During our stay, we had two different rooms, both were very comfortable and warm, and the beds were also superb to sleep on; WiFi was powerful everywhere within all the buildings; We particularly enjoyed the breakfast especially the fresh made juice; the swimming pool and the hot sauna had made our winter ski holiday very different & special. We will definitely re-book this hotel for the next holiday again. Overall Excellent , thanks to all the hotel staff for your hard work.

Review 18：My hubby and me had problems with the bed and pillows. We were waking up everyday with terrible pack pain, which fortunately disappeared after breakfast. We tried all the pillows available in the room and even we flipped the mattress. The wine served at lunch and dinner time is quite terrible. Having coffee in the morning from an automatic machine. The asparagus and cheese risotto tasted mostly of potatoes, not good!

Review 19：The staff was very friendly. Many thanks to Chiara who organised very well the different activities for the families and for the kids. We stayed in the same hotel 2 years ago, and we were happy to find the reception/bar area completely refurbished. The same applies for the bathroom that 2 years ago looked very dated and had a terrible smell, it was great to find a clean and colourful bathroom. As well the swimming pool has been updated and it looks very nice. Originally we booked only as B&B but we ended eating most of the meals at lunch and dinner time. We find a reasonable selection of meals and we liked a lot the buffet of fresh and cooked veggies. We found convenient the value for money of the meals.

The worm swiming pool is wondorful I can't imagin that I would be able to swim in january but I did there. The spa contains turkysh bath.
