Review 1：Because the room was so big, the heater wasn't strong enough to maintain a confortable temperature

Review 2：Good and big room. The hotel is in a remarkable building.

Review 3：We managed to park outside. We were extremely lucky. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. To see the lower town is a downhill walk with a bus to return to the hotel.

Review 9：Loved the modern rooms in an old building, domed ceiling and French Window balcony doors gave spacious room a cozier feel. Free parking nearby; about two blocks away, made it easy to explore the surrounding towns too. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The bar {SO} a few doors away is a must! Walk to Ragusa Ibla and back is a trek and a half. Lots of stairs in the building too, so not for those who have mobility issues.

Review 10：It was fine for us but the lack of a lift would cause problems for anyone with mobility issues. The bed was also very hard!

Review 18：On arrival we asked the receptionist what were the attractions near by. We were told that there was nothing to see nearby and to go to the old part Ragusa Ibla which was a 20min walk. At this point we were wondering why we bothered staying here and wished we booked accommodation in the old part. We then went to the room which was nice. The air con was very very poor!! Uncomfortably poor! We asked the receptionist to call us a taxi to Ragusa Ibla as we were meeting friends there for dinner. He called one and after 10 minutes of us waiting in reception beside him, he told us there was no taxi available! We then walked to the old part.. Down about 150 steps! I wouldn't advise anyone with mobility problems to visit Ragusa as it is hilly and there are steps everywhere.

Review 22：Two negligible problems. There is not parking in and not lift to the rooms. However, the rooms are in the first floor and Angelo -handyman- is eager to walk up with your luggage and come with you to parking Comunale in near. Furthermore, they are clear on this in Booking's website

Review 23：Rooms are very well armed with -and silent- and the palazzo is quite and actually nice. But Angelo -in the reception- stands out. He will give you a very good advise on the town and restaurants, he will offer you for everything you need and he is actually affable and efficient

Review 25：Trois choses nous ont particulièrement plu lors de notre séjour: l'accueil où le réceptionniste nous a donné beaucoup d'explications utiles sur quoi et quand visiter, comment s'y rendre, et aussi d'excellentes adresses pour manger. Le petit-déjeûner était vraiment exceptionnel pour un hôtel, avec une grande quantité de produits (confitures, marmelades) et de gâteaux faits maison: un souvenir exceptionnel. Lors du départ également, une grande amabilité: l'établissement tient à soigner la satisfaction de ses clients, et le sourire ainsi que la disponibilité sont omniprésents.

Review 31：Angelo! Our wonderful desk person helped us above-and-beyond what was expected, especially with our car, which had to be moved a couple of times to accommodate a parade. Our breakfast -- fresh ricotta, lots of homemade pastries -- was particularly good.

Review 34：The front desk clerk was very helpful! I made a mistake of booking the room for one person instead of 2 and needing two separate beds. It was a sold out night, and he finally manage to get us a roll-away after 4 hours. Would highly recommended this property! Wifi is the strongest for all of our stay in Sicily.

Review 42：Location: Although it is not in Ragusa-Ibla, it is right at the start of the steps with some of the best restaurants within 50m. Staff: Very helpful and friendly, providing map with locations of recommended places to visit and eat.

Review 112：I stayed here for two nights whilst arriving in Ragusa Ibla prior to planning my travels in southeastern Sicily.I was a solo traveller.My room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom full of the old architectural features and maintaining elegance throughout.The breakfast was lovely with many homecooked cakes.Marcella the owner of the hotel is a very homely person who helped me with offering to use her laptop when the WiFi didn't work.In fact she went out of her way to ensure I was sorted out.The hotels location is excellent in the Ragusa Superior with much lovely cafes and restaurant nearby.Highly recommended.
