Review 20：The room was spacious enough and the location of the hotel was so conveniently close to the airport with the availability of a shuttle bus operating every 20 minutes. For passengers taking flights as early as 6 AM from the newly constructed Terminal 3, the shuttle bus is available from 4.50 am directly going to that terminal, which takes only 5-10 minutes of travel time.

Review 21：Extremely dated hotel. The room was horrible when compared with all the lovely places we stayed at during our trip to Japan. It looked very grim and was very stuffy, very little ventilation. A real let down as this was our last night and thought staying at the airport was a good move considering we had a very early morning flight.

Review 48：1. The booking procedure gave me a couple of sights that did not relay the same information about being able to book a "day" room. 2. When we left our room every room on our floors door was open with unmade rooms. It remained like that the entire duration of our stay. (perhaps they only make up each "day" room as it is needed, and to cut down on noise for people sleeping) but it makes the entire floor seem unkept.

Review 49：1. It was very close to the airport. We were able to walk to it from the hotel even with our suitcases when the free shuttle wasn't available for an hour. 2. It allowed you to book into it in the early morning when our flight out did not leave until 7:00 pm the same day. 3. They booked us on the 8 th floor that was very quiet. 4. Their resturant served up a very tasty lunch from a limited noon menu.

Indeed somewhat back to the 80's feel to it, but that has it's charm in a way as well. Awesome food in the restaurant (the restaurant that also came straight out of a Quentin Tarantino movie)

Review 97：The location is excellent for a 1-night stopover if you're leaving the next day - walking distance to Terminals 1 & 2. (There is also a shuttle bus to both terminals, but by the time you wait for its arrival, you could have walked.) I liked how I was able to make a reservation without pre-payment on my credit card. I arrived at 7 pm, and flew out the next day at 5 pm. I checked out early morning, stored my luggage in T1 for 500 yen, and caught the bus into Tokyo for a short look around. For this kind of short stop, and if you're not looking for luxury - just a place to shower and sleep - I highly recommend Narita Airport Rest House.

Review 100：Getting to the hotel was a little confusing. I have a Japanese phone and so I could access maps, but I could imagine it'd be a little difficult for visitors to Japan. Perhaps clear signage directing visitors from the terminal to the shuttle bus would be useful, as I didn't see anything except the hotel sign itself, but that was only visible once I had started walking around outside a little. Because of the roads around the terminal, and the confusing path layout, it may also be worth posting walking directions on the website, for people who cannot locate the bus.

Review 116：The air-conditioning system is poor and struggles to cool the room sufficiently. It had to be supplemented by us of an electric fan (provided in the room). This was enough for me to reconsider staying at the hotel in future. Also, being inside the airport precinct, taxis have to be called and cannot be hailed on the street. You need to allow a minimum of 20 minutes for a cab to arrive.

Review 117：Size of room was a pleasant surprise as was the standard of cleanliness in the room. The hotel lobby does not give a good impression of what lies ahead when you enter the room. The lobby is poorly designed, poorly air-conditioned, has inadequate seating and is in overall poor condition.

It does have its point if like new experiences different than the conventional cold modern hotel designs.
