Review 6：This is a family run hotel about 10-15 minutes easy walking from the train station. We appreciated the warm welcome and advice on local attractions. Good quality linen and comfortable bed. We were impressed with the owner offering to take us to the train station the next morning, which he did. A very good breakfast. We would stay here again and recommend the hotel and Domodossola to anyone looking for a northern Italy place to visit and explore.

Review 8：Arriving from rain with heavy package, little lost, we did get the most welcoming reception. They were ready to give us the lift to the center right away, but we chose a nice good restaurants nearby. Got breakfast and good rest, very clean, everything worked, though old. Nice atmosphere, and got the lift to stadion when we left. Big thanks!

Review 33：signor Marchesi, the owner, took care of my needs as soon as I stepped into the hotel. First by carrying my heavy suitcase all the way to the top floor. Very few staff members at other hotels would do that; at the end of my short stay, he closed the hotel and drove me to the station because he did not want me to walk to the train station carrying my heavy suitcase; i think that gesture is highly commendable.
Review 34：The windows were not renewed during the recent refurbishment works, so ear plugs are recommended for people with a light sleep because the freight trains run most of the night.
