Review 1：Girlfriend did not find the sofa bed very comfortable. I personally had no issues sleeping, in fact I slept better than on a normal mattress. A little out of the town however it was lovely and peaceful as a result.
Review 2：Excellent staff and service, even received a little present to remind us of the stay. Lovely large room, excellent pool, beautiful house.
Review 3：nothing,actually. besides the problem with WI FI. The router gets you a strong signal, but the connection is poor and annoyingly unstable. The microwave in the kitchen would be a welcomed asset
Review 4：Basically,everything. It was precisely the type of location I looked for: quiet .with breathtaking views and fresh air. Very nice and welcoming hostess and her family. The feeling of home. The lawn clean and trimmed, the room are big enough and decorated with a good taste. I travelled with 3 friends,so for 4 ladies in their 60-s with a car it was a perfect hub: we toured every day to different parts of Umbria and came back at sunset .One day we 've been surprised to find a present from the hosts-a basket with some fresh eggs .I keep smiling any moment I recall the place

Review 6：A few days before arriving, the owner sent us very good instructions, how to get to the location. This was very helpful..Warm hospitality from the owner. We arrived late and she served us excellent canelloni. Very nice and clean swimming-pool. Beautiful place in the hills near Assisi.
Review 7：Peaceful location, lovely apartment with fantastic facilities- especially the pool. The itineraries provided by Rafaella for day-trips possible in this region of Umbria were fantastic. Itineraries included directions, places of interest, historical information, travel times and recommended restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend a trip here, perfect for couples and people with families. However, a car is necessary to travel here and to make the most of the nearby countryside.
