Review 1：Old and tired interior. In need of a renovation. Could be more modern and better Hotels near Airport for similar price.

Review 24：Excellent hotel for a short stop over in Tokyo. Only 10 min from terminal, you can also walk if you don't have luggage. Big comfy beds and good breakfeast. Took us 1,5 hours to get to Tokyo and last train back was at 11pm.

Review 25：We booked a quadruple room but were given a double room with two extra beds squeezed in. There was no space between the beds and the room was excessively cramped with no space to walk and put our luggage. You are much better off getting two double rooms, which costs less than a so-called quadruple room. The staff were not helpful when I asked them why they did not give me a quadruple room as I had booked. In addition, we had a no smoking room but the whole floor smelled of smoke. This hotel is for mass tourists. I would not recommend this place.

Review 27：Great place to stay on an overnight stop before catching the plane the next day. Great hotel, clean and comfortable and staff were more than willing to help. Met us at the front door with a trolley for all our luggage. Great Buffett breakfast with lots of Japanese and western choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel when needing to stay close to the airport.

Review 28：Lobby is filled with diesel exhaust. Poor service culture of staff. They will stand aside to watch you struggle with bags etc. Restaurant in the lobby expensive, noisy and smoky. Rather atypical for a Japanese hotel where standards are normally quite high.

Review 41：It can be quite inconvenient to get to the airport as you need to take the free shuttle service or bus and NOT walk. The shuttle buses run every 30-60 minutes, so timing is quite important otherwise you would have to end up wasting valuable time. The hotel is not within walking distance to anywhere nice.

So the room for four ppl is very tight because they add 2 single beds between the exist 2 double beds. No air condition. If you feel warm so open the window(window is very big and wide), >> afraid to fall through the window when you sleep (there is a big gap when open the window). The is air condition switch which is not air condition, it's heater!!! The staffs are generally service-mind, not much attractive and not much disappointed

Thia hotel is perfect for the last night stay in the country because it is 10 min away from the airport ( if you want to avoid the mad rush travel to Narita airport). The room given to us perfectly fits a family of 5 (4 adults and a 10 yo). The linens so white and smelled fresh, the bathroom spacious and their breakfast buffet spread was very good.

However we had a really uncomfortable night at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. They offer free shuttle services to the airport, the JR, the main mall for shopping. Due to the distances of the hotels from main activity centers, this was extremely helpful. The room was older but bigger in size and quite comfortable. They have CNN which is rare in Japan.

Review 102：The hotel staff were friendly; check-in and room service was very quick (which was great after a long flight and late arrival with children in tow). I appreciated the location near the airport, the clean room and the quiet atmosphere. The free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel made it all very easy for an overnight stay. Review 121：Shuttle from the Airport was only every half hour and took about 25 minutes with waiting time and calling at both terminals. Breakfast a bit basic .

Review 122：Because teh hotel was almost full when I checked in I was upgraded to the largest suite I have ever stayed in at any hotel, and I travel a lot on business and often stay in 5 star hotels. Shuttle back to the airport took 5 minutes and was very convenient. Ignoring the upgrade the hotel price was very reasonable.

Review 123：I booked this hotel as for a layover on the way to Bangkok. When booking this hotel I did not pay attention to the date change. Lesson learned; do not book trips while on the phone and doing other things. While filling out the forms at the immigration is when I found out what was time and day, so glad because the line up was way too long. Wonder how many times this happens to others!!!!
