Review 2：- Family run hotel, pay attention to every detail - Very nice staff, excellent bar - Excellent food, 3/4 board with very rich breakfast and 5-course dinner menu (mostly served, sometimes combined with buffet). You can choose from 2+1+1 (normal, vegetarian or vital menu) - Very nice sauna area - Indoor swimming pool - New refurbished rooms

Review 7：This hotel was one of the best we've ever stayed in Europe! The customer service was outstanding! We were not only able to check into our hotel early but received a free room upgrade to the junior suite! The room was beautiful, the balcony and view were spectacular. The bus stop was very close to the hotel and the free shuttle had you at the glacier within 15 minutes. The food was also amazing! I made a brief comment upon check in that it was my husband birthday and when we came for dinner, the table was beautifully decorated for the occasion with a big eautiful gift. We will absolutely stay here again!
