Review 1：clean, comfortable and value for money. only 15 mins from centre with good tram link. nice bar on corner and restaurant 300yards away on main road, much better than some of centre ones

Review 14：Location of the hotel is not great. I would not recommend goingoutside/coming back to the hotel late at night. Seems like not safe.It takes about 20-30 min to come from the hotel to Termini station bytram. Trams are always overcrowded.Also there is no safe in the room.
Review 15：Good value for money! Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is acouple of small shops and cafes nearby. Tram stop is close to the hotel(trams 5 and 14 go to Termini). Take a room with windows into theinternal patio, it will be quiet at nights.

Review 17：The stuff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quite new. Too many TV channels (about 1000), it takes hours to find someone in English. :)
Review 18：The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, and to get there you need to take the tramway for a few stops... there is nothing to see around the hotel itself, however the hotel is quite comfortable as mentioned.. It is a bit too bad if you want to stay out late in the city or if you want to drop in for a bit of rest in the afternoon, as you can not simply walk back to your room. But don't be entirely put off, for the price we paid the hotel offers well better services than many other B&Bs.
Review 19：The Hotel was lovely and the staff are very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms had good air-conditioning so you can live through the hot summer.... the wifi is fast.. If only the hotel was a bit closer to the centre... The breakfast was lovely; it is a sweet Italian breakfast, and there was some different choices...not

Review 24：The hotel is far from metro station. But there is bus stop near thehotel - but be aware in Rome you cannot buy ticket inside the bus or atthe bus stop, you should find special places were tickets are sold(cigarette shops, etc).

I think I had the smallest room, others are bigger. Overall, hotel is good. But taking into account the overall awful quality of services in Rome, the hotel is excellent.
