Review 1：The hotel is MUCH too far from town, the cab fare ONE WAY was approx. 40 Euro which made it impossible to go back and forth to the hotel to dress for dinner etc. This made for a very long day and evening. True, could have driven but there is no parking available in the summer time. Perhaps during the off season that would work.

Review 3：I would like to know based in what criteria is this a four star hotel. Through our car trip in Italy is was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. The beds and pillows were so hard we felt in the Stone Age. The rooms have no decoration at all. All they have are beds with the ugliest covers and a TV. The sheets felt like sand paper.

Review 12：The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. I woke up early and was in the lobby at 6 am and a sweet man made me a cappacino. They anticipated our requests and went out of their way to be helpful.
Review 13：Very hard to find (we spent 20 minutes trying to locate the hotel, and were eventually befriended by two local young men, who drove us to it). Dreadful coffee at breakfast (but we learnt on last day that they would make you a cappuccino on request).

Review 19：It's a very cozy hotel but for those travelling by car, since it's notinside the walled city (but very close and one can easily park insidethe walls). Restaurant at the hotel is nothing to write home about.
