Review 1：A guy of the housekeeping badly reacted when his colleague from reception authorized us to have a late check out For the price we paid the bedlinen should have been already prepared, rather than being left packed on the mattresses

Review 3：Everything .it would take pages to describe how awful it was .it was shocking,sadly the had taken my money before I arrived so I was obliged to stay. I don't really want to think about it,the staff, the stench of mould,the wait for my 200euro deposit that I was obliged to pay for one night, the signs explaining how much I would be fined if I didn't leave everything waged and tidy,a truly horrific experience,the freezing cold bedroom with no covers the list goes on and on. The only thing I don't understand is why it is allowed to use the devices of booking .com
