Review 1：Hard to find without SATNAV unless you comes by train (behind Mons railway station). Breakfast: you need to wait for a cook to prepare an egg dish. Later on I noticed there was a bell you can ring. not very clear.

Review 2：Hotel is brand new with spacious, clean and well equipped rooms. Plenty of parking space.

Review 3：Outside of the hotel is still very much a construction site with Mons station still being rebuilt and so is quite a walk from the main square

Review 5：The environment is one big construction area, big buildings, nowhere to walk. No information at all about what is being build there.

Review 7：The wellness centre was not open yet. The dining room staff seemed mis-managed. Only one girl literally running around taking orders and bringing the food out and three or four bartenders standing idly by.

Late music in the "party tent" adjacent to the hotel. Wifi was very poor in the bedroom. With breakfast, the overall price deal was fairly average all things included.

Review 17：Had lunch - I ordered a crab baguette which had a thin smear of crab meat ( probably tinned ) in mayo topped with slices of beetroot. The bottom slice of bread which held the filling was as hard as a rock. After several attempts to cut through it I gave up. When paying for the meal I informed the waitress - she said OK.......have a nice day. Generally very slow service in the restaurant and foyer.

Review 18：The hotel is situated in an Expo park next to the old railway station. A new station is being built not far away so as a result there is a lot of work going on and some temporary paths etc. Wanting to visit a restaurant in the town a member of staff gave instructions on how to get there. It was a lot farther than expected - over a lengthy railway bridge and through a dark seedy area of town. Nearly turned back but eventually arrived at the town square which was lined with many nice restaurants.

Review 19：Hotel was new and not quite finished. Some of the workmanship was poor - bathroom tiling and door trim. Oily footprints in lobby new lift. Restaurant looked smart but was uncomfortable. Food took an age to arrive, was not cooked properly and cold. Although the starter was good. Breakfast much better

Bathroom was plenty big enough & the shower very good. Food & drink can be obtained in the bar & is not expensive. we didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Represents good value for money.

My morning would have been much better with cappouchino or caffe latte than espresso! Location is like in an industry park?

Review 59：There was a peculiar chemical astringent smell in the room and on the third floor, similar to a cleaning product. The coffee machine took some time to figure out, initially pouring coffee messily into the innards of the machine rather than the cup. We had to ask for coffee capsules as normal coffee had not been supplied. A few more than one paper cup per person would hardly have added to the hotel's costs. Wifi unacceptably slow.
