Review 1：The rudest staff we have ever experienced anywhere and most awful ambience in the hotel not to mention the rooms being old and tiny and dirty

Review 3：The location is excellent, especially if you are not travelling far from Narita airport. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is extremely convenient and the breakfast buffet is something to look forward to!

Review 5：The bath had soap stains in the first room I was allocated. They then moved me to another room, of which had the same issue. However, the staff which was assigned to me, immediately helped clean and made everything right. Good service, but they might want to work on their cleaning protocols.

Review 10：I arrived at Narita on Xmas eve. I decided to book one night in this hotel before heading into Tokyo area the next morning. Turns out it was a good decision as the flight was delayed, I arrived at the hotel at 11pm. Hotel has a free shuttle to and from Narita with its schedule printed from hotel website. This is a big plus for me. Hotel staff helped me with the luggage to the room. Staff speaks good English. Fast and smooth check-in and check-out. Considering the cheap room rate, this is a good value stay to rest up my body after spending 20 hours in flight/layover.

Review 11：Lacked dining options at the time of stay which admittedly was during the busy new year period. What was available was fully booked from very early on. Luckily there is a Lawson Store on premises for takeaway sandwiches, sushi etc.

Review 44：Customer service was very good. My friend needed a hospital late at night, the hotel manager personally drove my friend to a nearby hospital and stayed with him to translate for a few hours before bringing him back to the hotel.

Especially I would like to praise very good command of English by the staff, perfect organization of the check in/out procedures and the convenience store, that stays open until late. When you come in late evening hours after a long flight and only what you want is some youghurt - here it is at your disposal.

I booked the hotel for the night before flying back so we could rest as knew we would be tired from all the packing and cleaning. This hotel was perfect! It is a lovely hotel, very clean and homely, lovely room with really comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to totally relax, had a lovely meal in the restaurant and a great night sleep. Just what we needed after a hard couple of days before the long journey home. The price was really reasonable for such a nice hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
