Review 1：Wifi was spotty and frustrating. The apartment had just one bath...got a little tight with teenagers but workable. The structure is unique with odd, angled ceilings which we ultimately found charming but a little tricky for my tall husband.

Review 2：Small hotel, steps to the crystal water, friendly staff. Had the three bedroom apartment with lovely terrace. Kitchen fully outfitted. Perfect for our family. It was like nesting in a treehouse. We will come back.

Review 4：A little of the beaten track and not much in Punta Ala so a drive of 15km to Castiglione Della Pescaia is needed to see a bit more life

Review 5：A walk of 20 metres to the beach is pretty cool ! Good breakfast and restaurant was reasonably priced (Tagliatelle with Lobster for 15 Euros was good value and very tasty

Review 9：Room was. Small and dark. Breakfast was a lottery with very little selection. Restaurant had same selection each day. Not very good value for money. Watch out for the cost of using the beds and umbrellas on the beach when paying bill!
