Review 1：Very small issue but we did not find a toothpaste in the bathroom together with the soap and other toiletteries and also even my very strong partner was unable to open the small bottle with the liquid shower gel.

Review 5：We were given an economy room that was far below standards. We are not ones to be picky, however the room seemed dirty and very outdated. We confronted the front desk about the cleanliness of our room and without hesitation we were upgraded to the newly remodeled rooms. Beautiful! Day and night.

We ate in the Polish restaurant, which was top class and the food was fantastic. All the staff were faultless too. The shuttle service was efficient and regular. The staff at the bar on the 10th floor was extremely friendly and welcoming. After a stressful day, this makes a difference:) The bar itself is breathtakingly modern and with a view of big city bright lights. The room was similar to a 4* Hilton. In quality and finishes. But at a much better price point. We travel extensively but come seldomely across such pleasant surprises. Congratulations. Will be back at our next stay in Warsaw

Review 16：there's only one socket which won't be turned off when shut the lights...very unconvenient if you are used to keep you mobile next to the bed and use it as alarm. I waited a bit for the shuttle to come pick me up at the airport, it was late and I was freezing, otherwhise it wouldn't be a problem the 15 minutes wait.

Had to decide to sleep with corridor light on and charge the phone or no light and no phone charging. The deco of the room is oldish. The bathroom was very standard. It doesn't feel like 4* at all. It would be nice to have restaurants menus available in front of the restaurant (there are 2 restaurants, difficult to make a choice just based on the name).

Maybe its all poles thing, I dont know. Only people who were extra polite and friendly were the cleaning ladies, which surprised me a lot. The higher position the more arrogant stuff I guess. Also discription about the breakfast was unclear which made us pay unplanned breakfast fee. Not a big deal but I guess it was very confusing situation because even the guy at the reception didnt know the fact that on one side of the leaflet there was breakfast food with no prices displayed and said included in the room price and on the other side of the leaflet it clearly said "for extra charge"

Review 70：I booked this hotel to be near to the airport and because my husband loves plains. We were placed on the ninth floor, the room was luxurious and with the view at the landing strip. We could admire all the plains landing and taking off through the window of the room. Amazing! We got 1,5 h at the spa in the price of the room and we had drinks in the Aviator bar (sky bar on the top floor). Great breakfast! Helpful staff!

Review 85：Almost everything, from staff that are so friendly and warm to room facilities. Hotel is located near to airport, 15 minutes walking. Its in a very quiet area. It worths stay in this hotel and use taxi rather than stay in expensive hotels in city center. The rooms are very nice and so much clean and neat. It's far more than a 4star hotel- can be considered a luxury at this price. And Wi-Fi was super fast :-O Free shuttle to airport every 15 minutes. Taxi at your service at max 10 minutes.

Review 86：power socket in the room switched of with lights which I did not expect as sockets in the room should to be in always operation when the guest is in the room. On this reason I had my laptop discharged (and I realized that only in the airport) when I left the hotel which affected my plans. Another thing is pillows (in my room the pillows were not convenient at all).

Once you leave the room, everything including air conditioner turns off so the room remains really COLD. 2) kettle wasn't very clean, there was some lime scale inside, as well as water from previous guests (huh?) 3) the restaurant (not breakfast) isn't fit to a 4**** hotel. Waiters are nice but slow a bit. Vegetables weren't boiled well. No bread was offered. No beverage menu was offered, I guessed a riddle about what they could serve. 4) free wifi 4 Mb/s vs. paid "business" wifi 40 Mb/s. Seems stingy for a 4**** hotel.

Review 126：I arrived at the airport late at night and than called the hotel because i wasn't sure how to get there and the receptionist told me she will send a shuttle bus to pick me up. She also helped find the bus location.
