Review 1：The staff was very polite and helpful, but there was not much in the way of information. No explanation as to how the meal plans worked or that there was reserved seating for your room.

Review 5：For newcomers to Cervia, the maze of one way streets around the hotel make accessing it very difficult. Better directions and a good map on the website showing clearly the direction of one way streets would be important and helpful. Very little parking at the hotel but in late September this wasn't a problem. Mid summer must be hell!

Review 11：All was good in this hotel. This small city - Cervia and this hotel is the best place for staiyng on Andreatic Sea, if you would like to relaxing stay without many tourists, because we were only tourists in this place!

Review 12：No internet in the rooms, contrary to what stated in room description. Shower was very small and leaking (ended up with a pretty wet bathroom). Our small dog was not allowed in the breakfast room, and there were no tables outside, so we had to take turns eating breakfast.
