Review 1：Wifi was super slow (like 1Mbit and less), most of the time it didn't work anyway. Breakfast was full of cakes and other sweets, only limited choice of meat/cheese with no great quality - poor, almost none options for low carb.

Review 2：Good view from room, we were on the high floor and can see big part of the city. Auchan right next to hotel.

Review 4：Modern, bright and clean hotel, cheaper than central Rome. You mustnet mind buying a cheap weekly metrobus pass and travelling from nearby train station or tram which is 10-15 minutes walk distant - journey time 20 - 35 minutes usually except in rush hour. It has a large supermarket adjacent but out of season there are few restaurants if you don't wish to use the one in the hotel. Breakfast is truly Italian!!!

Review 5：Bit of a nuisance to get into town especially if late (35-45 minute journey), would recommend taking the tram which is a 8 minute walk away.

Review 9：Location. The hotel is really far away from the downtown area. First you need to walk 6 blocks to get the tram station, and then you take the tram for 21 stops, just to get to Rome RR station, from there tourist bus or Metro. We wasted about one hour each way to get to the touristic areas. Breakfast had a lot of things but everything was industrial type of food, massive production. Professional staff but not that friendly, they pretty much did their job. WiFi too slow and parts of the room did not have signal at all. We regret staying here.

Review 10：Obviously is a kind of new hotel so the facilities are relative nice. the free parking is an undercover area in front of the hotel (I wanted to park underground and they charged me for that). Huge supermarket across the street.

Review 11：*no shuttle service- late night arrivals hard to find property if coming in by public transport *shower turning ice cold mid way through. *too many cakes & sweets- limited choice for non sweet tooth person. *the bacon was overcooked first morning 2nd morning none available at all. *would like to see real scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes- fresh berries or melons maybe a tomatoe - doesn't have to be cut whole is fine etc *less fat on salami being served for breakfast. * encourage happy hour maybe at 6pm would like to see notice in room * drab outlook at breakfast -a few potted trees at front would look great- and more inviting appealing as you look out at breakfast.

Review 17：There was an issue with the shower and light in the bathroom that took 5 days to be seen to. The shower was constantly running which made it difficult to sleep and the spot light was hanging out if the ceiling held only by the two low voltage wires that feed it. Although it's negligible as far as complaints go the wifi didn't really work.

Review 18：The cleaning staff and restaurant staff really went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly and we're never seen without a smile on their faces, and I have to say they were exceptional, and made our stay the delight it was. The reception staff were also very nice and helpful.

Review 25：on weekends, the tram service is extremely infrequent (1 per hour or thereabouts). the wifi access was a little slow.

Review 26：wonderful room; the bed was firm and so my wife and I had an excellent rest after a long day of travelling. the staff (esp. Daniele) were attentive, kind and accommodating. the location of the hotel is also great though it is not near any of the Roma Metro stations. the good thing is that there is a tram service which heads directly to the city. it costs around 15 EUR from Rome Termini to the hotel by taxi. there is a huge supermarket (Auchan) next to the hotel, so it was easy to get amenities.

Review 28：This Hotel was excellent in service, cleanliness and buffet breakfast. Location is 7km out of town but tram is only a 5 minute walk which takes you to termini station. There is also a massive supermarket across the road which sells all your needs. We were very happy with our hotel.

Review 29：Location is in an industrial/commercial area. Rooms are compact but practical. Very popular with budget tourist buses so breakfast is a bit of a madhouse, especially with Asian tourists. Hotel lacks any charm or character. But if you want a cheap, clean hotel with parking not to far from the center this hotel will do. of Rome

Review 49：1) At least 7 kilometers from the center and in booking.com writes only 2. This is really bad.2) 15 minutes walk from the tram and 40 minutes from the metro bau the road is not for walking. Really bad too. 3) The breakfast contains cakes and something wich they say that they are eggs but its discusting. The croisants are really bad too. The coffee is shame for the Italian coffee because its only water with no coffee. The worst was that there was A FLY IN THE "EGGS" and the waitress said just : " Oh ok" and took the dish. 3) No free internet. 4) Our disapointments are many and i dont have the time to write all of them. I would like to say one last that the hotel is fake 4 stars. Defenatelly its a 2 stars hotel. Sure there are many hotels in the center better than this and cheapers. I wouldnt stay in that hotel again.
