Review 2：We liked the setting and the pond by the restaurant. The staff was helpful the room was very clean and nice bus service was good to we would stay there again.

Review 15：We paid in advance for a room with two beds and received a room with one for 3 people the sleep in. The rooms smelled of sewage as soon as we checked in. The beds were the west I have ever been on. Also, the staff wouldn't even call a taxi for us to get to the airport for our 6 am flight or give us a number for the taxi company so we could do it ourselves. We had to resort to walking in the cold to the hotel down the street for help.

Review 17：The hotel had a 90's feel to it. It needs to upgrade its facilities and the room of our children had a dirty bathroom. It was not cleaned well.

Review 20：The junior suite room is very un japanese in size. most japanese room is very small but this narita gateway room is big for japanese standard room and also the location is very convenient if you have morning flight only 5minutes to narita airport.

Review 36：A lot farther than expected, in order to get into Narita you need to take hotel bus or taxi. Hotel bus comes once a hour. Convenience store could do with stocking up more bento boxes and fresh foods. There was black mould on the shower head, really could do with changing altogether, was kinda disgusting to use.

The standard of service and staff attitude was poor as they were not honest and kept on saying they have no other rooms available. No soap in the bathroom. Dirty carpets and rundown rooms and halls - we thought we were not in Japan! Would not stay there even if it were for free!

Review 81：There's a very handy shuttle bus to the Narita airport and city centre which is around Narita stn. It takes around 20mins to get there and back!! The hotel is good enough to enjoy for 2 or 3 days if you have to stop by Tokyo by flights. Wifi is rly fast as well :)

Review 84：The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, as there were quite a few small cockroaches about. However this might not be unusual, and since I come from a country with no cockroaches, I have very little comparison. Also, our friends who stayed in a different room from ours said they didn't notice any cockroaches, so this is possibly just an isolated incident. However this still negatively impacted our stay to some degree.

Review 85：The staff was helpful and polite, close proximity to the Narita airport (we were staying for one night before departure), and the bus that came in the morning was very professionally handled (no more seats available, so we got free taxi rides to the airport!). The breakfast was very nice, and the dinner we had at the hotel the night before was excellent (if maybe a little expensive, but still fair). The garden was also very nice and rather romantic.

Review 119：The rooms needs to be renovated especially the walls. Must have a better system for the buffet. When I arrived at the restaurant for dinner so advised I needed to wait for 45 minutes or a table due to the number of Chinese dining at the restaurant.

We were stuck at the shopping mall at 21:00 and there was no shuttle bus back to Narita Station, only to the hotel, with the last one being at 21:30. This can be fixed if you pay some extra money and catch the public transport from the Mall to Narita. Then you are good to stay in the town till 23:15 when is the last shuttle from Narita to the Hotel.

Review 122：The hotel is very close to Narita, just 15-20 minutes by bus. There is nothing around it, but there is free shuttle bus that can take you to the nearby shopping mall (23 min-30 min) or the town of Narita (15-20 min).
