Review 1：No elevator. Rooms are small and walls are thin carrying a lot of noise from neighbours.

Review 5：No elevator and no assistance with a luggage from the staff. Breakfast is ridiculous (one croissant with coffee). Managers speak only Italian. What languages speak other guests is not a puzzle because of the thin walls.
