Review 1：Food very good but too expensive. Lunch or Dinner cost the same a la carte. With fixed menu it is Eur 30 a person. A la carte, Eur 18 for only a dish of pasta or an appetizer at a four star hotel is too much. We have been to 5 star hotels in Italy (with wellness center and dinner included) where first class lunch menu (buffet including appetizer, main course, second dish, dessert, fruit) was the same price. No other complaints.

Review 2：Loved the pool. Water is not super warm but it was not cold and the kids weren't cold. Overall experience was great, RELAXING and we enjoyed our stay. Probably best hotel for a couple with small children, wanting to relax! It is a hotel for RELAXATION, not for fun or groups of young people. It is a very very quiet hotel, but they have a game room with billiards and nobody complained about our young children running around and making noise.

Review 4：It was a gift from my best friend we spent a night there the room is big and so comfortable the hotel itself makes u feel u're in a castle I loved the decoration, the spa was more than wonderful the pool too was wonderful loved everything

Review 5：It is too strong to say that we didn't like the bar and restaurant but they are quite big and a little impersonal if not full. Maybe a bistro type bar - restaurant would be cosier in the offseason.

Review 8：A beautiful luxury hotel, with exquisite collections of monastic paintings and artefacts. Heated swimming pool, lovely breakfast and dinner. A perfect location and an enjoyable one from which to explore Gubbio.

Review 9：Spa is mordern, but too much expensive - 70 eur for both of us. Thestaff in the reception was very official and cold with the lack of awelcome... But it did not spoiled our stay.

Review 10：We enjoyed our stay very much. The boy in lobby bar was amaizing, verypolite and friendly, he helped as well in the restaurant to our dinnerwaiter. He made our stay exceptional. The room was excellent, breakfastwas generous, the hotel is not far from the main sightseeing places.

Review 33：The customer experience was superb from the moment you entered the hotel. Bedrooms are large and luxurious whilst the food in the restaurant was outstanding. Leisure facilities are first class with a large pool and spa centre.

Review 34：Extremely out of date decor, unfitting of a 17th century building... Very tacky art deco No original character in rooms, hallways or entry, lobby. We come a long way to stay in an authentic atmosphere. The cost is less important if the physical experience is present. We would not stay again because of this.
