Review 1：Finding parking nearby was not easy, and then finding the hotel was difficult.

Review 2：The hotel is in the heart of the old city. The breakfast was very good. The hotel has a restaurant a short walk away, which was excellent.

Review 3：Bedroom and bathroom were a little cramped and access to bathroom was difficult.

Review 6：The hotel is located in the middle of the city centre, but yet cuiet, the rooms are very clean and traditionally furnished , air-condition, fridge, wifi. Breakfast was extremely good, fresh orange juice, fruit, different kinds of bread, cereals, cake's, ham and melon, cheese, jam, homemade cake's, yoghurt, ... Paolo, the guy of the reception and responsible for the breakfast is very friendly and helpful. There is no private parking but you can drive up to the hotel for the luggage, afterwards you can park your car just outside the city centre for free, only a few 100 meters walk from the hotel.

Review 13：Good breakfast. Rooms was very small (you are in the center of a medieval town after all =) ) but it had everything we needed and was very clean. Plus we had a nice view of the Medieval Gubbio streets.

Review 14：Nice clean Hotel in the Historic Center of Gubbio. Close to all the attractions. Close to paid-for parking area. Also quite close to free parking area near Teatro Romano (10mins walk). I parked in the free area after dropping off my luggage at the hotel. Staff was very nice.

Comfortable room with good facilities, so you feel at home when you get back to the hotel from sightseeing excursions. Free parking not far away (5-10 minute walk, depending on availability). Helpful and enthusiastic staff give the stay here added value, with excellent restaurant recommendations, parking tips and more.

Review 26：No private car park, had make a few rounds before I found a somewhat expensive parking place which accepted only cash. There is a free place for a 10 cars or so nearby which was indicated by the hotel receptionist but obviously it was known to many and was full.

Review 69：The hotel was in the heart of Gubbio below the palace so a very good location. An easy walk to the bars, restaurants and the funicular up to the santuary, a must when staying in Gubbio. The triple room was very comfortable and modern. There was plenty of space to unpack things if you do that. The breakfast was good and served by a cheery man with a fantastic venacular of English. The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful and spoke fairly good English. Wifi was fast and reliable. If you miss the bus from Fossato di Vico, you will be paying 30 Euro for a taxi which we did. I also took the taxi back because we had a lot of luggage and I was not sure of the bus schedule. But the bus station is a short walk to the hotel if you figure it out. I would.stay at this hotel when I return.

Review 74：Parking cost more than advertised. Arrived to central parking locationat 9 P..M. And left the next day at 8 A.M. and had to pay 10 Euroinstead of 5 as indicated on the board of the parking lot.

Parkingabout 100 yards away advertised at 8 euro a day but from 4pm and leavingthe next morning at 11am it was 14.90 euro and the cashier machine onlytook 5 euro and 10 euro notes, it rejected my 20 euro note. No tea makeror kleenex in room, plastic glasses, good but small shower and bidet.All in all we recommend it.

Review 81：The bed was very uncomfortable. The blanket was for one person and there were two of us. The room had very little storage space and was dark with only one window.

Review 82：In a fantastic location for visiting Gubbio Mediaevil Town, the building itself is part of that, so quite unusual but very comfortable without being too grand. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, though very little English is spoken in this area, thanks to the delightful Paolo, whose wife is English, our every need was taken care of. Its also very well placed for sampling a range of fine Italian cuisine. Highly recommended.

The hotel islocated next to a church which does have a bell tower in use throughoutthe week for weddings and local events. The people at the front deskonly speak Italian, so it was a little difficult to understand what todo with the car and where to park it after we unloaded our luggage.There is a paid lot close to the hotel and a free lot a little furtheraway for parking.

Review 88：I loved the location which was near to the center of town with easyaccess to restaurants and town squares. The rooms were neat and cleanand the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Swallows flew outsidethe window singing every evening as they caught their evening meal ofinsects. It was a charming hotel as long as you did not mind taking careof your own bags and finding off site parking. I would stay there againas it is a good value for the money and a great location.
