Review 1：Internet access was poor in our room but the view and room layout made up for that! It was a fair walk uphill to hotel after eating in restaurants.

Review 2：Proximity to Art gallery was good. Views were outstanding. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was delicious with multiple choices!

Review 3：if there is anything to complain about it would probably be something that was hard to improve these days: with temperatures over 'body-heat' the airco of the room wasn't always able to lower the room's temperature to acceptable levels....but we didn't care that much!

Review 6：being asleep in my bed, then being woken by very loud music below our window which continued from 10:30pm until after 01:00am. The hotel's solution was for us to sleep on a sofa in a public lounge with other patrons come in and out. Next morning the hotel asked for full payment despite this completely unacceptable situation.

Review 10：The room was big enough but very old fashined and it lookes like the interieur of the room was bought in a dump. It has no class and no style. The room was very dark also on day time and the personel was a bit uninterested.

Review 11：The Hotel was well situated in the very nice town Gubbio. Because we saw all the good reviews we decided to book here. We must say that the price is not expensive and for one niight you can do it but for a longer period find yourself a nicer hotel or a nicer room.

Review 46：I am a Bosone Hotel guest since... Well, 1988. Unfortunately, in thelast few years, I saw the hotel prices rise and the services/qualityfall. Bathrooms need severe works: a 4 star hotel can not offer oldmouldy stinky bathrooms with broken showers, broken towel rails, brokentiles, etc. a 4 star hotel cannot lack of wi-fi internet: the onlyservice available is a jurassic pc in the common living room, switchedon only during reception opening hours, and they make people pay for internet 1,50€ per 15 minutes, absolutely unfair considering that astandard room costs 100€ per night. In general, I think it would be morefair to rate Bosone Hotel as a 3 star; otherwise, considering that thebuilding is very old and therefore limited in services, to keep theprices lower: in my opinion, considering the actual situation, the priceis not fair for the services.

Review 51：Lovely hotel in a prime location in Gubbio. The hotel is attractive, well-furnished, comfortable with a real feel of history about it. How often can you stay in a real palace?! The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was very comfortable, great bathroom and shower, and a good buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would certainly recommend a visit to Gubbio, an interesting and historic old Umbrian hill town, with good walks up on the hills.
