Review 2：This is a three star hotel. Perfectly situated for drivers. It does not look so attractive on arrival but soon you will find out that it is a really good hotel, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Can be warmly recommended. This is my obvious choice for the next visit to Macerata

Review 4：Everything was perfect guys..The room was very clean, wooden newfurniture,the staff was so kind,the wifi was perfect,the breakfast wasalso very good,it had many options to choose and the location was alsovery good..In 15 min on foot you are in the center of Macerata..igreatly recommend it to others..For me it wasnt a three stars hotel..itwas for more stars..
Review 5：Receptionist too busy to make eye contact during check out. And a dull feeling around the hotel.
Review 6：It was ok. Needs updating. Reception and welcome nothing memorable. Receptionist pre-occupied with other things while checking us in and out. Ww booked this as it was reasonable and a good location. The atmosphere however quickly removed us from our holiday mode so will not book this again. Nothing really to complain about. Just not right for what we needed.
Review 7：Everything would have been great except for the fact that the A/c was preset by the management at 25c which was unacceptable, and management would not lower it after promising to do so. This was in the middle of the summer! Also, it would have been helpful if someone at the desk could have spoken some English.

Review 12：Staff was very responsive and pleasant. Room was plenty big, very clean and a/c worked very well. Good breakfast got me going in the morning. Plenty of parking underneath the hotel. Good location - not too far from old city. A bit of a walk (about 1 km), but easy enough to do.

Review 25：The staff were kind and helpful despite our late-night arrival, the room was clean, quiet and had an excellent shower, we had a beautiful hilly view out the window we did not at all expect since the hotel was just off a main road; good breakfast, and a garage to park in.
