Review 2：It's not in the old city center but you can reach it by foot quickly. Good place to stay if you come with car. Clean, confortable.

Review 4：We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend, Gubbio is beautiful! The hotel room was basic but very clean and the hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the town. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Review 7：Parking was difficult, but part of that was due to the fact that there was a huge festival going on so most of the parking areas were full or closed off to the public. The bed was fairly comfortable and I slept well, but if you are used to a cushy American bed you may not be happy.
Review 8：The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful (though they speak limited English), and the hotel lobby and the room were lovely. If you are looking for a well-situated hotel with Italian charm, this is the hotel for you.
Review 9：Although there was a good selection of food at breakfast, the continental breakfast items (i.e. cheese & ham) had a strange taste and the fruit juices weren't very nice either. However the cakes, pastries and hot drinks were all fine.

Review 13：The decor in the rooms is terribly outdated, our room smelled overwhelmingly of rose and must...which was a real romance killer. The staff with the exception of one man on the late night shift were rude and unhelpful. When we asked for a dinner recommendation, the response was "anywhere" without any direction as to even the main streets. While it was cheap, I think there are probably better options in the same price range.

Although they attempted to shut valves, it continued to drip onto towels placed under radiator the entire time we were there. Traffic noise from early public market day; bathroom had slight odor as if it was not properly cleaned. Had to request fresh towels for 2nd night.

Liked the automatic espresso-cappuchino machine at breakfast room. Seemed like a typical mid-quality italian albergo with marble-floored entry/lobby...a bit too old, elegant style for me.

The airconditioner in the room was not effective especially since we had to keep the window closed because of the noise of the compressor. There was not much choice for breakfast.

Review 56：We booked in on a Monday. We told the receptionist we had parked in thepublic car park opposite. He said he usually recommended parking downthe street. However he failed to advise that on Tuesday morning the carpark we had used became a market! There is a sign behind the desk butit failed to register because it is solely in Italian. On Tuesday,having checked out we found our hire car nowhere to be seen. A verycourteous and apologetic policewoman told us it had been towed away,hailed a taxi to take us there and later told us where to pay (in cashat the local police station!). What with the taxi fare, the tow chargeand the fine this turned out to be a very expensive night's parking!Rather stressful too.
