Review 1：We felt the bathroom was a little tired and my husband was kept awake by the, allbeit low level, talking of people below although he said that the good location made up for this. We do think that the blue outside paint flaking off does no service to this great place as it gives people the wrong impression when you first see it.

Review 2：We were warmly met by the staff, who expected us. Our bags were carried to our room by a friendly member of the family. The room had voluntarily been upgraded by staff before we arrived (we were only paying 40 euros for the night with breakfast so this was a bonus) and had good amenities and wonderful view of the harbour from the shuttered window. The breakfast was excellent, coffee and freshly made pastry. There was no pressure by staff to eat in their restaurant the previous evening. The location, a few metres from a wonderful swimming beach/lido and on the main bus route, was what I would call 'romantic' especially at night walking next to the beach and the harbour opposite the hotel. We would like to spend more time in Procida and would recommend this hotel, hence our good score.

Review 5：A number of facilities were poor quality (the bathroom in particular)and a number of items broken (lights, toilet). The bathroom wasabsolutely tiny. The hotel listing claimed a balcony, but this isdeceitful - there is no balcony for any of the rooms, it'sdownstairs on the next floor. I would have expected more from this hotelgiven the price of over 120 Euro per night.
