Review 1：1. Poor isolation of walls - if somone takes shower in the other appartment, you hear it 2. You have to be aware, the appartment is in town, so you may hear some music or noises from the streat 3. Beds are comfortable however making sounds when you turn... 4. No kettle in the appratment, so if you are used to drink a tea, you have to use a pot

Review 3：the owner was sarcastic and not very helpful. The decor is still in the 80s. There was a smell in our room coming out of the heating so we needed to stay without heating, the owner when we told him, said there is nothing he can do about it. The bed was super uncomfortable, thin mattresses and super hard pillows. we needed to leave early, and the owner didnt want to wake up, so he made us leave through the outside entrance which is 100 icy steps with luggage. I asked where parking can be found, he said what do you expect, this is ponte di legno, it has 1000 people, and you are in the centre. The list goes on and on.

Review 10：we had really great time on our trip skiing in Ponte do Legno, also due to the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean and the hotel has a great atmosphere. We recommend it to every person lookig for a place to stay at Ponte di Legno (also very understanding and welcoming for people travelling with children). We hope to stay there again next year!

Review 11：Room was apartment style - two twin beds and a sofa bed. Beds were ok - Sofa bed was not very comfy. Room also had a kitchen - not sure many guests will use? - we did not. Would be much better as prefer separate double bedroom /lounge and no kitchen......

Review 12：Clean and tidy. Bit fiddly with parking but the owner was immensely helpful and it was not that far away. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Restaurant across the street was good value and child friendly.

Review 14：hote was really a nice suprise: 1) 10 minutes walk to ski area and gondoa to tonale ( no need to go with car and pay for parking ) even with 6 year old child. 2) Discount in ski rent and ski pass ( in ski rent opposite gondola to tonale - possibiity to leave ski equipment in drying boxes - 20 EUR a week ) 3) Hotel looks better than on photos , most of the equipment new - we were in studio. No probem with water ( first cold 2 minutes later warm just wait ) For that price really good choice 4) no additional payments 5) in middle of center of ponte di legno , opposite to bakery and small italian shops close to 2 pizzarias with wooden ovens 6) very nice staff, lift to bring up luggage 7) Possibility to unpack close to hotel, than parking 300 - 400 m for free

Review 15：nothing... may be during new year - expensive, as for me. but it was the lowest price in ponte di legno for this dates. so everything was good!

Review 16：very, VERY pleasant personal! they solved my personal (!) problems (like "oh, supermarket closed, can i have any fruits, please?")) or "i booked a car, do u have free parking and can u show me the way?") very quickly - i was positively impressed! we lived in comfortable clean apartments for 3 persons with little kitchen. every monday - free clothing washing and changing beds/towels. very good place - 10 minutes for supermarket and ski lifts.
