Review 1：Aircon was largely unresponsive to the control panel but was better controlled from the front desk. This was discovered late and an uncomfortable sleep was had in the hot weather. At breakfast they used UHT milk.
Review 2：Location is very good, staff friendly and breakfast was for the most part very good. Fresh pastries were a highlight. Proper espresso coffee made to order also (at breakfast).

Review 22：The pillows were not appreciated - flat and hard. The terrace and marquis needs refurbishment. The interior is much better than exterior of hotel.

Review 26：Location was great. Before we arrived we had been corresponding with staff member Daniel. He was able to arrange us transport to the accomodation and also got us information on racing at Imola. Hats off to Daniel for all his help.

Review 28：This is a very centrally located post-war hotel in a pedestrianised street. Rooms are of generous size and, on the two occasions we have stayed, have a balcony. The staff are friendly and very helpful and remembered us from a previous visit. A good continental breakfast is provided in the room rate. There are several good restaurants nearby and the Novecento is a short walk.
Review 29：Parking was difficult. the mini bar was actually hotter than the room, and the wifi didn't work on the top floor, though they say this is being fixed.

Review 33：This hotel is centrally located yet in a street that is virtually traffic-free. The room was very large with a balcony and all the reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was better than most comparable hotels. Unlike other reviewers, we had no problems with wi-fi. We hope to stay again, soon
Review 34：The bedroom was very hot during the night but as it was two in the morning when i woke up too hot i did not complain. So they were not in a position to improve that for me. Some people may like a very warm room at night.
Review 35：We had an excellent room and as it was a very quiet time of year I think they had put us in one of the best views as we had a balcony and terrace and were able to sit outside and take in the winter sun, The staff were accommodating and even though we had a very early checkout outside of the breakfast hours, they offered us hot drinks and the buffet was opened in case we wanted to eat.
