Review 1：Location is very good, once you find your way to the city Centro. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Parking was convenient. Lots of great places to eat, shower and see. We especially liked Da Rosa restaurant and the Centrale.Eat. We also ate in a very local place which served excellent food and were helpful despite the language differences.
Review 2：Only the cleaning lady she was sort of rude. I understand it must have been because she had to speak English with us, and she barely could.

Review 4：It was great that the hotel has secure parking available for a reasonable daily charge but the access to and exit from it are a bit of a nightmare and the instructions given to us were rather scant.

Review 21：the lady at reception was very rude to us when we checked in, and continued to be inhospitable throughout the rest of our stay. Our bed was surrounded with a decorative wooden frame which cut me several times due to the cramped room space. Stairs in room were narrow, difficult to get up with bags.
