Review 1：We enjoyed our stay at Villa Moma very much! The property is elegant and beautiful: singing gardens, refreshing swimming pool, comfortable room with balcony, tasty breakfast and peaceful vibe all over the place! Lorenzo and Simona run this wonderful place with grace. Bravo and thank you!

Review 2：This Villa is a little far from the town but the views make up for the distance. When we visited quite a few Mosquitos but again the owner helped solve this problem.

Review 3：Beautiful Villa with wonderful views. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were greeted with coffee and cake and made to feel at home. We were also collected by the owner from the town. Thank you again for a lovely stay :)

Review 4：Lorenzo made us feel very welcome and spoke very good English,the swimming pool was a hidden gem as was the private beach by the lake ,it felt like our second honeymoon and i must mention that the homemade cake was exceptional.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Review 5：The house is advertised as family friendly however there is basic equipment missing. There is no baby chair or boosters in the kitchen. Our 1-year old had to sit on the floor or on our laps during mealtimes, which was not convenient. There is only 1 crib to be shared among all the families and 2 days into our stay another family arrived with a baby and needed a crib as well. Our first morning we requested the breakfast. For the price of 8 EU per person we got a cup of coffee, a slice of toast with butter and jam and a slice of cake. Delicious, but over-priced. We wanted to use the bbq and we were told that only Lorenzo could light the bbq (guests are not allowed to light it themselves). He also requested that we coordinate our bbq with the other guests. Lorenzo (the care taker of the villa) was unable to give us even basic information such as where we could exchange money in the area (Dollar to Euros).

Review 10：An organised party of about 30 people took over the house and pool. No fresh bread for breakfast. No change of towels or bed linnen in 5 days. No shower rail.

Review 12：The area is isolated, but there is a lot to do in the general vicinity. The lake is a short drive away and Calcuta is also very close. The only thing that might have improved was breakfast, the homemade cake was delicious, but we really needed some protein to get us going.

Review 13：Lorenzo is an excellent host, he was funny and really made us feel at home. The villa was spectacular with an awesome view, pool, lawns, really made us feel like we "had arrived in style".

Review 14：Our car GPS did not work so we arrived with a very serious delay around midnight, but Lorenzo welcomed us with a big smile. When we woke up, we discovered the huge house and property, beautiful garden and very large pool. Our kids 2 and 5 years loved the children pool, while we could swim in the deeper side. We informed Lorenzo that my wife was gluten intolerant, and for breakfast he had baked an amazing gluten free cake!! And we got some fresh fruits from the garden... A little pradise with the perfect host, highly recommended.

Review 15：This is the lovely quite place. Perfect for a deep breath after (or before) the Rome challenges while travelling by car. Lorenzo was so nice to guide us also in his garden on the top of his remarkable hospitality.

Review 18：There were still some workers working on the pool area while we were there, which at first seemed a bit odd, but the work was finished while we were there and in the end it was not such a big deal. The trampoline from the pool had been cut off, which was a bit of a disappointment for the kids.

Review 19：Lorenzo and Simona were extremely helpful and made us feel really welcome. They even cooked us dinner one night. The pool was excellent with a deep and shallower end and a separate area for smaller kids or for relaxing. Unlike in a lot of places this property actually had a working air conditioning like they said they did. This place was already awesome and with the tennis court ready soon it will be even better. Right now there were still a few things under repair as the place had been opened just a few weeks earlier, but it did not take anything away from our stay.
