Review 1：Need to have a car (which we did) to access lake and restaurants.
Review 2：Clean and comfortable room. Friendly hosts, great breakfast. Nice garden. Close to Fiumincino Airport.
Review 3：Sadly, the postcode when put into the sat-nav didnt truly represent the B&B's location which was a bit unfortunate, as we thought it was right in the centre of the town as depicted by the sat nav. The postcode was wrong which we informed the B&B owners, which meant it was a good 4km out of the town, which did mean that we had to drive into the town in the evening to eat, as it was too far to walk.
Review 4：Lovely little B&B - nice friendly family-run place. We were heading back down from Tuscany after a 10 day road-trip, so only stayed here for the one night, which was a bit of a shame, because I dont think we got to experience all of what was on offer.

Review 6：Luxury B & B level. Rooms looks new, clean and spacious. Home owners warm, welcoming and kept on asking if we needed anything (coffee, tea and cakes). Luxurious continental breakfast will be served at any requested time (we had an early flight). Located in a convenient distance from Fiumicino Airport. Car is really needed as location is rural and Lake Bracciano and restaurants are about 5km away.
Review 7：Located a few minutes outside the village so a car is needed. Nice rooms, a garden with pool and the staff is very friendly and serviceminded. Highly recommended!
Review 8：We only got a key to our room but not of the house so that for getting in and out we had to rely on the staff. There was one girl in the house who lacked the basal form of courtesy. She did not even bother to say hello or good bye. This made us feel like intruders in a private home rather than guests who are welcome.

Review 13：we went on a romantic trip my husband and me. And were very surprised to find a very lovely friendly staff. They even were very considerate about us being vegan and took care that we will have enough vegan food to eat during the breakfasts. The domain is very large and includes private parking, pool and a very nice garden. The wifi reception was great. and the vacation very relaxing. dinner we had the town nearby which is very relaxing and romantic.
Review 14：This was the final weekend of our holiday in Italy. The stay was great and the owners did everything they could to help us to enjoy it. They were friendly and very welcoming. We were given helpful advice for our visit to Rome and for restaurants in the area. The whole place was spotlessly cleaned and well managed. Children loved the pool. Hire car is useful to access the local town and also the train to Rome. Thank you very much for a lovely stay and we would recommend highly.
Review 15：Cannot walk into town. Beds and linens not extremely comfortable. Breakfast mostly sweets.
Review 16：Friendly staff, quaint country atmosphere, clean cozy facility. Close to town. Great bicycles so we enjoyed the riding into town and to the lake for swimming and kayaking! Loved the quiet garden ambiance! Felt like coming home after a day of exploring.

Review 20：The rooms we booked were very nice and perfect for our needs, i.e. two connecting rooms. Everything was clean and nicely laid out. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was signposted off the main road and relatively easy to find. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend staying here.
