Review 11：Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Lovely dining sitting area, opening out onto spacious patio. Washing machine and dishwasher provided. Good well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed plenty of storage room, good shower and hot water supply. A nice distance from the beach and town for us, just the perfect distance away for convenience although quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.
Review 12：Large and beautiful fully equipped apartment for a peaceful holiday by the sea. Very nice courtyard with a playground and BBQ equipment. Great mountain view. Friendly and helpful owners. Excellent value for money. It was a pleasure to stay there!
Review 13：A very slight disadvantage is that there is 10-15 minute walk to the beach and town but the accommodation is in a nice, quiet area.
Review 14：The one bedroomed apartment at this hotel was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equiped with a very generous sized balcony. Staff were very friendly and obliging particularly Barbara and her husband. The complimentary little bottle of Processo was a lovely touch. Free use of sun-beds at the beach was an advantage as was Internet access at the accommodation.
Review 15：GPS was totally useless in finding the property, be prepared for some searching or to call the owner. There is no kettle, toaster and microwave in the kitchen.
Review 16：This one bedroom apartment has all new facilities. Friendly staff is always ready to help. The property has underground parking and is well secured by gates, video surveillance and guard. The beach is within short walk and is free for Le Spiagge residents. The town is within short drive. You don't really need the car to wander around

You have everything you need here.The beach is a 12 minutes walk away and Barbara kindly let us stay onthe apartments' private beach for free also on the day that wewere leaving. Sperlonga is a beautiful little town and perfect for abeach holiday.
