Review 1：Wifi did not work in the rooms and was intermittent in the breakfast room. Sound carried throughout the hotel. We could hear the gentleman snoring in the room next to us and the conversation of the couple above us. Lighting was poor in the room making it hard to read at night. No lobby or place to "hang" inside to either read or access the Internet. Breakfast was limited to pastries. Value for money was poor.

Review 7：This was a good place to stay to get to know some less touristy areas of Rome and also convenient for public transportation. A train from the airport goes directly to the Ostiense station. The furnishings of the room were simple but functional and pleasant. The AC was great. A very good value.

Review 8：I really liked everything about the hotel. The only thing which may bean obstacle for some people - location "hign in the mountain".But 1st of all, it is not very high and secondly for me it was the bestoption - to eat a lot (which is inevitable in Italy) without beingafraid of putting on weight. Btw it is just 10-15 minutes to geteverywhere in Sperlonga from the hotel. And what a view!! Service is 5+So this is the best value for money ever.

Review 9：The room was small, but pleasant and nice and the bed was very comfortable. From our window we had direct access to the garden with an amazing view over Sperlonga and the coast. We arrived in late afternoon and after a refreshing shower we enjoyed a beer in the garden watching the amazing sunset. We woke up with lovely and friendly bird chirp. We had a simple but fair breakfast on the terrace in the sun surrounded by lemon trees and overlooking the coast. The Hotel is family run and before leaving we got a bag with lemons. We just loved the natural and relaxing atmosphere of this place and would definitely come back for 90 Euros per doubleroom and night (special offer booking.com), so not in the mainseason, but in spring or autumn. The Hotel is very easy to find just on the top, slightly outside of Sperlonga. And it is also very easy to reach the town by foot, it is a pleasant footwalk, so just leave the car at the Hotel's car park and discover Sperlonga!
