Review 1：Staff and clients allowed to leave the fire escape doors open to go outside to smoke - smell of smoke and doughty. Lack of security - not acceptable.

Review 3：Impossible to adjust the temperature in the room. Had to have the window open which allowed early morning noise in. Breakfast was below par in comparison to other hotels on our trip. No tea/coffee in room, and no ironing facilities.
Review 4：This hotel is nice. That's kind of it. Unremarkable. Great value for money and very clean. Plenty of parking. Ponte Di Legno has everything you'd need.
Review 5：Comfortable clean hotel, good breakfast, good value. Walking into town was easy and the ski bus was regular and efficient so getting to the slopes not a problem.
Review 6：Staff at breakfast/dinner below average: cleared dishes away while you are still eating. Bad English of staff at front desk, in general most of the staff is very rude to guests. If there is a case of emergency you are completely lost in this hotel! Due to a technical defect an appartment's kitchen (exhaust hook) was on fire. Staff called fire brigade after 20minutes of burning and dense smoke(!), never checked if there were still guests in the burning appartment (there was a guest sleeping in the burning appmt!). Guests next door had to wake up other guests, staff wasn't helpful in general and seemed to have never attended an emergency drill. It's easy to fllod your bathroom within minutes having a shower due to a lack of a sealing on the shower cabinet. And: There is a fee for anything: Wifi (6 subsequent hours for free, then24h=5€), Spa with a tiny pool=15Euro. Parking garage=5€. I would never book that hotel again, sorry!

Review 8：First off we asked for two rooms with single beds. We got two rooms with a double bed. There were blood on our sheets. It was badly cleaned, specially under the bed. It wasn't very good sound isolated between the room and the hallway. Breakfast was chaos, even though we told them to reserve a table for all of us to eat together, they never did. When we needed assistance with getting a taxi from "passo del tonale" to the hotel, they did not help out at all even though they said the could help.

Review 20：No where to park short term to load and off load equipment/luggage. My error and responsibility entirely but I parked outside the garage door and was towed away at a cost of 120 Euros. It wasn't very clear that this was a garage door and no sign to say it was a garage door do not park here.

Review 22：The service level has nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel. From the director to the receptionist, no one is able to give you proper answers, to give you a bottle of water, they charged us twice, ensuring that we signed (and they never found our signature anywhere). A real pity as the place is beautiful and quite new. Such a place doesn't deserve its actual management and employees. Never had such a bad experience...

Review 24：A modern hotel these days should offer his guests a free Wi-Fi (at least at the public areas) !!! Our two room were at the top floor: One was very very small. Although the village is a ski resort at 25 th. July 2013 was very hot at the rooms and there is NO AC !!! we had to open windows at the middle of the night. At breakfast same thing. Sorry !!!

Review 28：The major fault of the hotel is its check-in at 5 P.M. and check-out at10 A.M. (and breakfast until 9.30 even on Sundays). These check in andcheck out times are really uncomfortable for tourists staying one or twodays. Wifi is not available in the rooms and is at a charge in commonareas. This is really unusual for a four stars hotel. Digitalterrestrial tv had frequent problems during our stay.
Review 29：A new structure with beautiful and large common areas. Breakfast roomwas large and breakfast had a wide choice of dishes. The décor is modernand minimal. A short walk will get you to the center and a 5 minutedrive will get you to the ski resort.
Review 30：The hotel is located in a small town near to the Passo Tonale ski resort. Dining out is a good option for people who dont like to stay at the hotel for the evening, because there are lots of places you can eat (and drink good wine). There is free wi-fi and the hotel operates a ski-bus from 8:30-10:00 and 4pm till 6 pm from the hotel to the cabin cablecar and back.
