Review 1：Internet was very poor.

Review 2：The Universal Hotel was great for our week in Cervia. Spacious room, comfortable, and very helpful staff. The brunch, which was included, was great! Within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and the train station, for day trips to Ravenna and Rimini.

Review 4：We have spent a wonderful week of vacation there. -Cervia is situated in a close proximity to a few important points, e. g. fascinating city of Ravenna (20 min. drive) or Mirabiladia, the amusement park (15 min) . -The hotel is located very close to the beach, about 20 minutes walk from the center of Cervia. A few nice restaurants and cafes are nearby, no shops though. -There were usually free sunbeds at the pool at virtually any time of the day (the pool itself was alright, too). -The staff was very helpful with each and every issue. -The underground parking is a great convenience - all the parking slots outside the hotel were occupied. -Breakfast offered a wide variety of very good quality food. -We got two rooms connected to each other, which was very convenient. -Towels were changed twice a day. -Complimentary access to the Internet.

Review 13：I paid for a 4 stars room and I get one of the horrible hotel room from my life… Personal of the hotel reception very far from the definition of honesty and they don’t show any respect for the tourist. I will never return at this hotel and I don’t recommend to nobody.
