Review 1：when we had arrived this place we could"t enter the apartment. it was closed and we could"t get a conversation by phone. i needed to phone your office. Irena helped us. all this took about 40-50 min.

Review 3：No air-con. The wi-fi connection is poor. Can't communicate with host in English. There's loud music until 1am during our stay.

Review 5：Very comfortable, well equipt. You can find mostly everything you need in the appartment, from extra vergin oil to books. The view from balcony is absolutly amazing. The place is quit good located, you can find supermarket, restaurans nearby.

Review 7：Quiet apartment in the quiet place, away from Trevignano downtown, but by 5 min drive. Very well furnished, very clean, "home like". Amazing view from terrace to the lake. People who want a bit of tranquility will be amazed. Very good restaurant is just near by.

Thelady who took the money had trouble understanding anything ....I know wewere in Italy but she counted the euros over and over and we spentnearly half an hour going over the forms ...didn't really need thatafter a long travel.
