Review 3：A parte externa é muito feia e a localização péssima. Jamais use para fazer turismo em Florença. Definitivamente não é um 4 estrelas. 3 estrelas seria mais adequado ao Hotel. Como hotel é grande, recebe muita quantidade de ônibus de turistas deixando o lobby do hotel pequeno e muito cheio de malas e elevador ocupado.

Review 4：É um hotel confortável localizado na zona industrial de Calenzano. Serviu ao propósito que era não entrar no trânsito de Florença. O banheiro era novo é muito bonito. E os funcionários muito amáveis.

Review 5：Breakfast is advertised from 6.30 - 10.30 am. However, when I arrived at 9.45 am, they were packing things away and I had to ask for various items to be brought out, the toaster to be switched on etc. The staff were not very helpful and seemed to resent the fact that we were there 'late'. Bit noisy overall but, considering the price, wasn't expecting it to be great.

Review 6：Reception staff very helpful. When I asked about buses to town they immediately printed a timetable for me and marked the bus that I needed. Use of the pool which is great for kids as has a water slide and diving board. Should probably advertise that it's actually a public pool which guests have free use of. Although out of town, there is a bus directly opposite the hotel which takes you just outside the train station in Florence which is in easy reach of all the attractions.

Review 7：Falsely advertised as a 4 star hotel. Bad breakfast. We found a mouse in the hallway. Bad lighting. Bad location not recommended if you mainly want to visit Florence. Not good value for money.

Review 14：The staff couldn't tell me what the cost of the transfer between the hotel and airport were. The one lady at reception said that the manager would not charge me anything as it is usually included in the roomrate. However, when checking out of my room I had to pay 40 euro's for transfer back to the airport. While I had a reasonable good stay at the hotel, this however was a let down. The rooms decor needs an update. It seemed like the hotel is mainly used by huge tourist groups, which can make the lobby and reception area very crowdy and noisy. There was no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby area. While they say that the hotel is only a short bus trip away from the city, it can take atleast 40 minutes to get there.

Review 15：The hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good. My room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provided.

Review 18：Room was not reflecting the stars of the hotel. Room was very hot -climatisation didn't work to cool the room. The only possibility tohave frech air was to have window opened but I didn't recommand itfor safety reason (acces possible from other rooms from the 4 floor).Water was coming out from the fridge.
