Review 1：good location very friendly staff clean rooms
Review 2：Great disappointment that they do not clarify when you book that youhave to pay extra for the use of the spa facilities, you find thatlater, so you are just paying for a bed. Also, the room walls are sothin they could be made of paper, hence you hear every noise outsideyour room when trying to sleep. Paradoxically, it is supposed to be aplace for 'relaxation'.... Also, the staff had no clue aboutrestaurants in the area, they barely spoke in English, and theycouldn't even locate the hotel on the piste map. Furthermore, thehotel owner was horribly defensive when confronted with the severalproblems going on in his hotel. A rather sad experience, and a shame asPonte di Legno is such a beautiful place and a great ski centre...
Review 3：Excellent location, can ski to/from the door. The spa, albeit itdoesn't say in advance you have to pay for it, is well equipped andnicely done.
Review 4：excellent location for skiing. Direct access to the slops of Ponte di Legno. Excellent SPA for after ski relax. Staff friendly and aqvailable at all times.
