Review 1：It was quite a distance from the centre and down a steep hill
Review 2：The room was very clean and roomy, the en suite again very clean and roomy. The owner was very helpful and charming.
Review 3：The breakfast was really poor. No cereals, no fresh bread, no savoury food. There was only a couple of cakes and packaged industrial croissants. We starved. The the hotel doesn't provide soap or shampoo.
Review 4：The house has character and is located close to the old town, which is the place of interest in Fermo. The lady who owns the hotel is very sweet and 'proper'. It's very good value for money.
