Review 1：Not recommended during peak summer heat. No air conditioning or fans available. And as located next to horse stables, the odor is overpowering when the windows are left open. Wifi though billed to work throughout, is only useable in the downstairs public areas.

Review 3：We arrived Sunday afternoon, Room fridges with drinks we off and warm,no tea or coffee in room. When asked for drinks from the Bar we weretold they could only provide ice as Bar closed for 2 days Attitude ofowner/manager was she could not care less After travelling 450Kmthere was no drinks available, this is not a 4 star hotel and I wouldadvice that the standard rate price is much to high for the serviceavailable will never stay here again

Review 8：The wi-fi did not work in the room which was on the second floor by stairs. The manager seems to be more concerned about the restaurant than the hotel itself. You must look for the employees, because they never have anyone at the front desk. Too expensive for what is offered in a place located outside of Salzburg. We'd just stayed here because all other places in Salzburg were fully booked. Not recommended!

Review 11：It's not possibile after booking to discover that is ruhetag and spais closed, I wanted to take a saund and moreover nobody at the reception: therefore I needed to work with wi fi in the room but no chance. If Iknew it before I would not have booked.

Review 13：The major problem was the lack of internet connection, both in the room and in the conference room we used. This is a rather serious problem, given that I was there for a conference and needed my computer to work. Another negative aspect was the price and variety of food at the restaurant. I found the quality excellent, but a bit overpriced. Furthermore, the only choice for vegetarians was Spaghetti or a cheese platter.
Review 14：The room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The common areas (reception, dining rooms) were well-planned and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and the food was delicious.
