Review 1：Difficult to sleep as the bed was very uncomfortable, it sagged in the middle and the springs squeaked.

Review 3：breakfast poor not worth the money. room not cleaned and towels not changed on daily basis. the owner not professional, we had to wake her on our departure to settle bill which she did not have ready and she asked us to stand outside the gates so taxi man didnt have to ring the bell which would wake her husband and she was still in her nightwear when doing all of this very unprofessional.

Breakfasts were awesome with beautiful home made cakes. The village is a quiet beautiful place ideal for resting, walks and swim in the lake. It is close to other villages like Braciano nice to visit and not far from Rome if you have a car. It was a great experience as a whole! Highly recommended.
