Review 1：They'd do good to keep up with the cleaning of the common bathroom just next to our room which was horribly smelly on 2 occasions. The service is good but I'd suggest if you want to save money, it's definitely cheaper to eat somewhere else than in the hotel's restaurant. I'll surely come back though.

Review 2：The owners are welcoming and nice. They never refused any request we asked especially when it comes to the menu for our 4 year old daughter. And Monica is nice too. The room we had has 2 nice balconies and good enough just for a place to sleep.

Review 3：Lift - manual doors, takes one person with luggage at a time. We were on 4th floor. Bathroom, the worst designed wetroom ever. Water ran over the entire floor! Breakfast, terrible. Thought it was because we got down too early and they hadn't put much out. Barely anything else came out!

Review 4：The location was handy for the beach and town centre. Old guy on the front desk was kind and helpful, with smattering of English.

Review 5：It's an old style place. In the booking site it was written they had a free car park without reservation. Now they have corrected. Actually there's a public car park nearby the hotel in which you can find a place. We found it.

Review 7：Not equipped with air-conditioning while during summer period hotweather is unbearable in Italy. We could not stay at the hotel a singlehour, we didn't sleep at all! Breakfast was unacceptable! We thoughtit was a joke! It included: jam and nutella, dry and dated croissans,and that's all. No bread, no butter, no cheese and ham, noeggs...that was definitely not a continental breakfast as they claimedit to be! We stayed four days and they didn't change the towels atall! Toilletries we had only for the first day (which was barely enoughfor one shower). They never provided us with new ones. We had to buy ourown shower gel/shampoo! Bathroom was terribly small, we could noteven have a proper shower! Noise isolation was very bad, noises fromother rooms and nearby road! The shadow rollers of the windows were sonoisy that also served as our alarm clock whenever the dear neighboorroom woke up. The tv had no channels. No 24 hrs front desk as theyclaimed. Instead we had to curry the keys wherever we went in order tobe able to enter the building after 23:00. Parking was supposed to beprivate and free, but it was a narrow area outside the building. We hadto agree with other people who had their cars nearby in order to be ableto park and unpark. The hotel misses some services of the 1 and 2 starshotel definition. Definitely not a 3 star hotel!! And the price far toomuch expensive for what it offers. Does not worth the money! We wouldnever recommend the hotel to anybody!
