Review 1：internet available only at the reception area, very slow, almost unusable it was cold at breakfast and reception area breakfast was very limited, not good even though the bus station is very close, it takes 45 minutes to get to Florence hotel facilities are functional but very old and do not look representative, needs major investment

Review 2：good price very kind staff room and bathroom were clean and warm free and safe parking in front of the hotel bus station 20 meters from the hotel - public bus transport to Florence costs €2 per person in one direction

Review 5：At breakfast, the juice was diluted with a lot of water. The breakfast was very poor. The wi-fi wasn't usable even at the reception, although the signal was only in the reception area.

Review 6：1) Little space in the breakfast room - on Monday morning people were seating even in the lobby eating breakfast 2) WiFi is a disaster - even when you are in the lobby it does no work - they had to reset the router 2 times. In the morning when everybody tries to get access to Internet it does not work at all. 3) Antiquated furniture, but bed and shower & lift have been upgraded.

Review 7：1) Excellent location in the suburbs of Florence - only 30 min. by bus from the hotel to the downtown (bus stop next to the hotel, bus ticket only EUR 1.2 2) Very friendly and helpful personnel, especially a receptionist who is 76 years old 3) Ample parking space - in Italy a real asset!

Review 10：Air conditioning was very weak and left us still hot at night during out summer visit. Incredibly small shower. Overflowed the bathroom every time we showered.

Review 21：It was near to Florence, easy to reach by bus, so we didn't have to worry about parking. The staff was really helpful, recommended us trips in the surrounding aerea,which were absolutely worst seeing them.

Review 22：I called the hotel 2 times before arrival and I was told that a 20 min bus will take us to city center. Once we arrived the train station and it took us over a hour bus to the hotel. The hotel is located very far from the city center and it is very inconvenient to visit the city. The room is very small and the air conditioner did not work, and it was very noisy too. Also the hotel staff did not speak English at all which makes very hard to understand.

Review 36：Mosquitos - my husband had big problem, I had few bites only. Sound isolation is not good, you can hear people walking & talking in the hall - it's not a problem if you don't really mind. They had wifi problem for 2 days of our stay - it was problem for us who had some urgent business to do, but for the rest of our staying it was fine.

Review 37：Stuff is very friendly & helpful, they can tell you the best places to visit & what not to miss. Breakfast was nothing special, but good & enough. Maciato is free for breakfast, thus on demand. You can get the city map, hairdryer etc on the reception. Bus stop for Florence is 20m away, it takes about 30-40min to get to the city center (you go to the last bus stop) but it takes only 15min if you go by car. There is elevator in the hotel, in case you have a lot of suitcases. Free parking. There's a shopping center near by, where you can get anything from fresh fruit, fast food, pharmacy, place for kids to play in case of rainy night etc. It's ordinary place, fine value for what you pay. p.s. if you come by car, be free to go to the city by car and not by bus, there is free parking on Michelangelo square which is 10min walking distance from city center. p.p.s.

Review 38：The first room, had an edge from the ceiling till the floor totally moldy!The second room had a very little bathroom: you couldn't sit normally on the toilet as the washtable stand in front of it. The shower curtain was moldy rose and black :-( No WiFi!! Never again

Review 46：This hotel is the worst I’ve lived, never to book this one!!!! Wearrived at 21:00 in Florence 31/12/2012, the night before newyear, so no bus for this hotel that night, oh my god! I asked the peoplethat there was train for Pratignone (the station near the hotel), I wasbeen told "no". I called this hotel, a old man answered me andtold me that I could take the train to Prato (another city) and when Iarrived Prato make a call to him. I asked:"is there any bus to thehotel from Prato?" he said:"no", “Prato is far from thehotel?” He answered “of course is far away.” Then I asked:"how Icould get to the hotel? Have you a car or a bus of hotel?" hesaid:"sorry, I have another phone call." then he hang off thephone. At this moment I felt that I was be cheated!!!!! Everyone aroundus was happy for the new year, and I nearly cried in a foreigncountry!!!! (If there was no bus from Prato to the hotel, and Prato isfar away, why he told me to get to Prato? What did he think? What did hewant?? If we really went to Prato, how we get to the hotel??!!!!) Thanksvery much to the staff of the Station Santa Maria Novella, they were sofriendly, they helped us to find the train which was at 22.30 toCalenzano, and they have written a paper for us that the trains for 1and 2 January. When we arrived the hotel, the old man looked us withsurprise, I was sure that he didn’t believe we could arrive there. Ishowed the paper that I’ve stamped when after booking the rooms from thewebsite. He looked and said there was a mistake, the document of thehotel showed that we have booked one night, but I have booked 4 nightson Booking, and the prices were same!! He said our paper is ours, hecouldn’t believe us, what??!! They made a mistake and it had became ourmistake??!! Our paper was from this website after booking the room, if Icould not believe it, who can I believe??

Review 47：The worst room where I've ever slept in 42 years! Broken walls,broken forniture, broken electric plugs, mold growing all over thebathroom, holes in the covers...it does not deserve its 3 star for anhotel!! Never, ever again!
