Review 1：The overall building is quite dated and my first impression on entering the apartment was also that - but the kitchenette and bathroom had been redone, so it was really only a style issue
Review 2：Beautiful views especially from level 3 and above. The best location in Pietra Ligure unless you can't walk up a hill / steps - less than 10 minutes to the beach and close to the old town and away from the busy traffic on the SS1. Very friendly and helpful owners. Check if the price you have paid includes sunbeds at the private beach - ours did, didn't realise it from booking.com but was mentioned on the hotel's own website

Review 4：One room for my family of five...we loved this place! Easy walk to town and a wonderful authentic little town with piazza on the Italian coast.

Review 8：Wonderful sea side view Big children playground, football pitch and other playgrounds with green grass. Very big swimming pool with nice see view. White rooms, with grass green balconies. Fully equiped kitchen with 4 hotplates, but without oven.
Review 9：The fridge and the electricity panel made an annoying noise. The bedroom faces a wall, only the living-room gets the view.
