Review 1：Nothing, all good.

Review 2：The staff were very attentive to our every need. The Hotel is super clean. The restaurant food is first class. The location is fabulous. Would I return, you bet I will.

Review 3：Aircon didn't work. It took couple days and a lot of arguing before it was fixed. As they fixed it, it was explained to us that a key should always stay in, otherwise aircon won't cool the room during the day - but reception didn't explain it to housekeeping, who continued to take a key out during the day. That was in 35 degrees heat and it was impossible to cool the room in the evening on our return. The whole situation was a shocking experience and not expected of a 4 star hotel. We had two twin bed joined together, not a double bed. Hotel is about 30 min drive from a good restaurant.

Review 4：The hotel is a bit noisy at times and a bit expensive for the venue. Parking is an amusing exercise.

Review 7：Old School Charm at its best. The staf is friendly, always. Even if they don`t all speak English well ( which is not seldom in Italy ). It has everything you need, even if the Styling isn't modern. But that`s the charm, kind of a trip to the good old days. Where the waiter at the bar, Renato, who has been working in is field for long, takes nice care of you.

Review 8：We couldn't get a drink while lying around the pool. After the pool restaurant closed, we had to go to the hotel bar. No free towels for the pool.

Review 9：The location of the hotel is great by the beach. The pool area is lovely. The breakfast service was excellent.

Review 10：We travel frequently and would always have some improvements to suggest. We couldn't find a fault in this hotel and would come back again. Of course we would have preferred a sandy beach to a stony beach but we can't blame the hotel for that, it's Italy!!

Review 11：We're just back from 5 days at this hotel. Service was outstanding - from front desk (Magda) to waiting staff, to cleaning staff. So helpful and friendly. Food was lovely. Hotel was very clean. Pool area was perfect with a big pool unlike lots of other hotels in the area and is the main reason I booked this hotel.

Review 14：No airconditioning in the rooms at night although was advertised,we were advised to open the balcony door,there was a festival both nights we were there (windsurfing) with a very loud party and music on the beach till 03.00 am ,the temperature was 27 so were unable to sleep either way.-We checked out early and didnt get charged for prebooked night luckily.

Review 43：It is by the sea, has a nice beach and a pool, the breakfast was one of the best we had during our south Italy-France coast tour. Rooms were large, clean and comfy. It is a really nice hotel for a summer vacation, similar to the nice hotels in the south coast of Turkey. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend to everybody. (Old/young, business/leisure etc.)

Advantages: - Very courteous and responsive staff, ready to help even in nonstandard situations (e.g., with dry cleaning of clothes); - Very good location (far enough from the city traffic, clean, green, and cozy territory); - Convenient planning of the hotel (easy access to the beach and pools, excellent green lawn around the pools – in 50 meters from the sea, with free chaise longues); - Very good restaurant facilities with tasty food and sympathetic staff. - Finally, the sea is clean and the sand-beach is wonderful! We keep very warm souvenirs of our stay in Diana Majestic!

Review 48：Hotel fare did not include beach beds.it only covered chairs at the beach which is not normally comfortable at the beach. Superior sea view room was not actually sea view. You could only see the sea when you were at the balcony . It was actually street view.

Review 51：The hotel is and feels dated - towels with holes, wardrobe doors impossible to close, pre-historic air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free, but terribly inconvenient! The food was mediocre at best - breakfast or dinner. Luckily, there are many nice places in small towns nearby.

That being said....there was a woman working atthe front desk, I do not remember her name but she had short black hair.She was by a long shot the most friendly, helpful and just nicest hotelattendant I and my partner have ever come across. She was so lovely wefound ourselves coming up with questions to ask just to be able to gainher insight. We would return to this hotel on her personality alone.

The swimming pools are seasonal and open from 03 April until 31 October.The beach is open from 01 May until 11 October, and it is accessible between check-in and check-out only.There are 2 deckchairs and 1 parasol per room. Beach sun loungers and beach towels are available at an additional cost.Please note, cash payments over EUR 1000 are not permitted under current Italian law.Please note that dogs cannot access the pool, restaurant or beach.
