Review 1：Our payment had been processed after we left. Your staff had a problem to get though. We don't know why ?because we have enough fund in the account,all the other places we used our credit card with no problems. But your staff was bit aggressive, threated me she will call the police. That was really awful experience .

Review 3：We stay here at least once a year as we have family in Albury. Great location, easy walk to Dean st and restaurants. Rooms a bit outdated but comfortable for an overnight stay. Good value motel. Undercover parking right outside your room. Deb the Manager is always helpful and very friendly.

Review 11：Great location to walk to the centre of Albury, but not on a main street, so quieter. The unit is lovely, ground level only, which means no stairs to climb, and you get to park right in front of the unit, which is good.

Review 15：Location for us was excellent. Value for money terrific. Whilst an older property it was comfortable and provided us with everything we needed. Staff most helpful. Breakfast lovely and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 18：It's a very homely, comfortable (and comforting!) boutique hotel; I love the nurtured feeling I get when I'm in the room. The kitchenette is perfect, right down to the proper sink, crockery, tea towel, etc. I love the sizeable shower, too. The bed is very comfortable, and the Tomizone internet is excellent at only $6 per hour and I found it to be much better than free wi-fi (which my computer often has trouble connecting to in other hotels. This is my favourite 'half-way hotel' on my road trip to Melbourne from Sydney.

Review 19：Staff walked around without shoes, rooms where still being cleaned at 13:20 in the afternoon, smoke detector had an intermittent beeping, that needed to be changed, bed was hard and uncomfortable, poor water pressure, towels smelt, the fridge seals where worn out, door handle was damaged, mold in the shower, no complimentary milk or biscuit, tv had extremely poor reception.

The bed was extremely confortable and the amentities available functioned well. My partner and I will stay here again on our way through to Victoria next year in 2015.

Review 96：Unable to sleep due to extremely loud teenagers staying for some convention. Storage cupboard for cups, tea/coffee etc. included messy bottle of dish washing liquid which has leaked next to sugar etc. I cleaned the cupboard out. Finally slept around midnight. Had requested quiet room.
